"Go to the north of the country, go to the grassroots level, go to the first line of production, go to the place where the motherland and the people need us most!" This is the slogan of our college students' response to the xxx minister's call to vigorously go to the countryside to be an official. This year I was fortunate to be a member of the university student village. With knowledge, with passion, with thought, we came to the grassroots and rooted in the countryside. Unconsciously, I have been a "village official" for half a month. This half-month of life and work has changed my outlook on life and values. I also gained a lot from it and felt more. The summary of personal work in August is reported as follows:

First, the basic overview of the service villages learned and learned

The Qiaodong Village of Jianhu County Economic Development Zone, which I serve, is located in Guanhua East Road, County Town, County Economic Development Zone, under the leadership of the County Economic Development Zone Working Committee and Management Committee, with an area of ​​2.5 square kilometers. There are 2,463 residents in Qiaodong Village. There are nearly 160 administrative and business units, industrial and mining enterprises, nearly 100 individual industrial and commercial households, and nearly 10,000 actual residents. In XX, the output value of industry and agriculture was 185.26 million yuan, of which: industrial output value was 114.34 million yuan, agricultural output value was 1852.75 million yuan, service industry output value was 4.1 million yuan, and per capita net income was 8,428 yuan. There are six villager groups under the bridge village, four village-run enterprises, and the village has a small national one. The power, telecommunications, and tap water rate are 100%. The second venture in the development zone has made the village basically free of land.

Over the years, under the care and cultivation of leaders at all levels, as early as the early 1990s, Qiaodong Village was rated as “the economic leader”.

In the future, Qiaodong Village will take Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of "xxxx" as the guidance, comprehensively implement the spirit of the party's xx conference, and rely on the Party Committee and the resident units to take effective measures to continuously raise awareness. Enhance service skills and expand service functions for the benefit of the villagers. Taking "one station, three stations and three rooms" as the position, making full use of the resources of the units in the district to serve the villagers; do a good job in party building, do a good job in comprehensive public security, ensure order stability; strengthen labor health, promote economic work, and expand secondary and tertiary industries. The total amount; the two centers are well-run, the spiritual and cultural life of party members and villagers is active, and the seven series of services in the rural areas are made bigger and stronger, and the living standards and quality of life of the villagers are comprehensively improved. At the same time, the establishment of the "Democratic Rule of Law Model Village" as the starting point, focusing on comprehensively improving the villagers' legal standards, and implementing the "four democracy and two openness" as the entry point to implement the village affairs and financial disclosure system and promote democratic supervision. Give full play to the "three-self" role of the village committee, strictly abide by the commitments, manage village affairs according to law, strive for transparency, and let the government be assured and the people satisfied. Create a new socialist countryside with a beautiful environment, stable order, good morale and harmonious interpersonal relationships.

2. Responsible work and life after going to the village

I have been in the village for two weeks. Now I am very comfortable with the work here. I have been working on demolition and mobilization in the village for a while, and I have learned many details about how to do the work of the people. In the future, I will be responsible for the construction and management of the village's electronic archives while being responsible for the demolition propaganda and mobilization work. It can be said that future work will make me feel full and challenging.

In terms of life, leaders at all levels are very concerned about us. I eat in the canteen of the development zone during the day and live at home in the evening. Recently, the village also bought me an electric car, which is much more convenient. Here, I am very grateful to the leaders at all levels for their concern and support.

Third, the next stage of work plan

1. Clear responsibilities as soon as possible and enter the position accurately

Only by identifying your position and doing your best to ensure that every job is completed smoothly. In the next stage, my main job responsibilities are to actively participate in the "two committees" meeting and do a good job of "software" in the village: to organize the electronic files of various departments in the village.

2. Actively communicate with village leaders and district leaders, accept their criticism and education humbly, and participate in the agricultural census work.

The agricultural census is a large-scale national situation survey that will provide a basis for research to determine national economic development strategies and plans and formulate various social and economic policies. Therefore, in the agricultural census work, I will earnestly participate in the training work of the higher level organizations, seriously visit the farmers, truthfully fill in the information, and do a summary report on personal work.

3. Actively strengthen learning before practice.

As the saying goes, "Live to the old, learn to be old", learning is an eternal subject, and it is one of the main tasks that I face in the second half of the year. To do a good job in all kinds of work, we must take the initiative to strengthen learning, constantly improve our own quality, improve the ability to deal with complex rural problems, and improve the level of service to the villagers, so as to constantly adapt to the new requirements of the new situation and new tasks.

4. Based on the investigation and research, explore the way out for the development of our village industry

I firmly believe that "learning to use, professional counterparts, and rural areas are also the stage for exerting talents." Usually, we must be attentive to work, pay attention to relevant information, and use the Internet and other platforms to create new ways for farmers to get rich. Our university students go to the village to serve the village. They have to serve the countryside in a special way. They have time and energy. Secondly, we have flexible minds, smooth information, and accepting fresh things. We should do our best to lead the peasants to get rich. However, one person is weak, so I feel that it is not only relevant to the current practice but also related risks.

5. Based on legal services, we will work hard to promote the "Five-Five-Population Law".

Using the work experience of serving as a judicial assistant during the volunteers participating in the “Northern Project” volunteers, the villagers will be provided with free legal consultation, legal troubleshooting, voluntary mediation, general counseling, and law-based learning services for the villagers. The goal of a good village style of law, understanding, usage, and law-abiding is to use one's skill.

6. Go with the comrades in the village to go to poor families and difficult party members to visit the poor and ask questions, understand the practical difficulties and ideas of the poor households, and take corresponding measures to give some help.

In addition, I also intend to go deep into the village group on a regular basis, and the farmers will continue to improve themselves in practice.

7. Cherish work opportunities, constantly temper yourself, do other tasks assigned by the leaders, and do a good job in the second half of the year.

2019 is the key year for the grassroots service of our university students. I will focus on the center work of party committees and governments at all levels, and in accordance with the requirements of "instructors, information officers, promoters, and coordinators", thoroughly study and implement the party's xx spirit, further improve their comprehensive quality, and obey Organize the various arrangements, conscientiously complete each task assigned by the leaders at all levels, and strive to achieve the goal of "spiring youth and building new countryside" at an early date.

Due to the recent work and lack of work experience, it is inevitable that there will be such shortcomings or mistakes in the work.
