2. This year, three other enterprises in the city have obtained certification for pollution-free agricultural products in Yunnan Province. 1. The system construction is lagging behind. The system construction includes the construction of the technical system and the construction of the inspection system. The construction of the technical system lags behind and cannot keep up with the needs of the development of the situation. The construction of the inspection system has already had certain monitoring capabilities after investment construction last year and this year, but it is far from the national standard construction standards for the second and third stations. It also needs to invest a lot of money to strengthen the construction.

2. Inadequate publicity in agricultural environmental protection law enforcement and insufficient law enforcement. After training in various laws and regulations, there are many people holding agricultural administrative law enforcement certificates, but the level of law enforcement and law enforcement are very low. In recent years, with the continuous development of the city's social economy, there have been more and more pollution incidents in the farmland. The number of visitors to and from the station has increased year by year. Many incidents can only be investigated through our on-site investigations, and investigation reports are issued. It is impossible to deal with laws and regulations at all, and enforcement is not enough. The reasons are manifold. First of all, the quality of law enforcement personnel is not high. Secondly, the propaganda is not enough. People have insufficient understanding of the dangers of environmental pollution, especially farmland pollution, and the legal awareness is weak, which makes law enforcement more difficult. Only by strengthening law enforcement leadership, continuously improving the quality of law enforcement personnel, and extensive publicity can we continuously improve the level of law enforcement and law enforcement.

3. Insufficient capital investment. Agricultural environmental protection work has increasingly attracted the attention of governments at all levels, but capital investment is still insufficient. In the past two years, with the continuous expansion of business work, especially the number of enterprises applying for certification of pollution-free agricultural products, in the certification of agricultural products, base monitoring , product testing, etc. need to be instructed by the scientific and technical personnel, as well as the review of the application materials, etc., the unit monitoring vehicle has been resolved, but no vehicle indicators, no budget.
