The resettlement subsidy and the payment of young crop compensation fees will inevitably lead to disputes, especially in the case of land transfer. It is more complicated. Therefore, the Judicial Office and its various committees actively carry out mediation and prevention work in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and prevent villagers from petitioning and group petitions. Consolidate a foundation and do a good job in training and education. 2. Resettlement help and education work:
In 2005, there were two labor camp returnees in the office, all of whom were "Falungong" practitioners. After the reunification, their ideological fluctuations were very unstable. The office, the police station and the village branch have given great attention. According to the requirements of the relevant departments of the city, they have tried to give resettlement and implement relevant policies. The people are regularly given help and education, and there is no phenomenon of de-pipe, which was passed by the Municipal Law Committee in October this year. Concentrated education has completely broken with "Falungong."
3. Legal service work:
The development of this work mainly starts from two aspects. The first is to provide services to the villagers who come to consult, answer questions about production, life and other aspects and related legal issues, write various legal documents, and represent some civil and economic cases. Since there is no legal service, this year, there are more than 50 consultations, 5 letters, and 2 agency cases. The second is to provide services for the contract and agreement witnesses with the Office Contract Management Committee. Because the contract management is at the Agricultural Economics Station, we only play a role of guidance and check.
Third, the existing problems:
1. In the establishment of the law-enforcement of advanced units according to law, individual village groups have insufficient understanding, heavy economic development, lightly established work, and file management has irregularities.
2. There is a phenomenon of shoving in the people's mediation work, resulting in petitions or litigation, information transmission is not timely, and mediation is not enough.
3. The lack of legal service staff and the restoration of legal services have blocked the service channels for villagers.
