From January to December, 144 vegetable products were sampled in three markets, 288 samples were tested in parallel, and 58 organophosphorus pesticide residues were detected. The market pesticide organic phosphorus pesticide residue detection rate was 40.3%. Among them, 36 samples were taken from cucumbers, 25 were detected in organophosphorus pesticide residues, and the detection rate was 69.4%; 36 samples were taken from tomatoes, 17 were detected in organophosphorus pesticide residues, and the detection rate was 47.2%; 36 samples were extracted from cabbage. Six organophosphorus pesticide residues were detected, the detection rate was 16.7%; 36 samples were taken from other varieties, and 10 organophosphorus pesticide residues were detected, with a detection rate of 27.8%. Three out of the total, accounting for 5.2% of the total number of inspections in the year, accounting for 25.0% of the number of inspections in the month. Vegetable pesticide residue testing provides a basis for agricultural product market management and provides guidance for consumer procurement.
