In order to adapt to the strategic adjustment of agricultural and rural economy in the new era and the requirements for international and domestic agricultural product quality market access conditions, in order to comprehensively improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products and market competitiveness of our country, we will carry out scientific and technological tests on pollution-free agricultural products and green food production. Realistic role and long-term guiding significance. This year, our state's agricultural environmental protection work focuses on the changes in the regional layout and structural adjustment of large names, special, excellent and thin crops, and produces pollution-free agricultural products and green foods for watermelons, melons, lemons, coffee, tea, vegetables, high-quality rice and other crops. There were 15 groups in the technical field plot test and 31 groups in the same field comparison test. The purpose of the test is to explore the high-yield cultivation rules of pollution-free crop products and green crop foods in our state through comprehensive technical measures such as adding organic fertilizer, controlling fertilizer, pesticide application, application amount, application time and application method, and screening and recommending our state. Provide scientific basis for pollution-free crop products and fertilizers and medications for green food production. Through the test, a large amount of technical data and technical parameters have been accumulated, which provides a technical reserve for the establishment of pollution-free agricultural products and green food production technology in our state.

2. Strengthen the demonstration of production technology for pollution-free agricultural products and promote the development of pollution-free agricultural products.

Promoting pollution-free production technology is an important measure to protect the farmland environment and sustainable development of agriculture. Improving the quality of agricultural products is an important means to increase farmers' income. At the same time of doing a good job in basic experiments, it also carried out tests and demonstrations of 30% of non-polluted standard fertilization and pesticide use technologies of pepper, zucchini and tomatoes jointly completed with the State Agricultural Research Institute. 750 mu of pollution-free tea in 3 townships of Dadong Township, Lianghe County, in Jiangdong Township and Qiong Town of Luxi City. In the towns of Chengxi Town and Fengping Town of Luxi City, there are 1640 acres of western melons in four townships of Suixiang Township and Nongdao Town of Ruili City. 3. A new breakthrough has been made in the development of agricultural environmental protection technology industry.
In response to the "three wastes" pollution problem of agricultural fertilizers and sugar factories in our state, in 2003, I proposed to the State People's Government the "Dehong Prefecture Pollution-free Agricultural Products Science and Technology Demonstration" project, which was supported by the Provincial Comprehensive Agricultural Development Office and included in the national agricultural comprehensive Development support projects, with a total investment of 590,000 yuan, including financial funds of 470,000 yuan. State Agricultural Ring Station raised 120,000 yuan. The funds were invested in the bio-organic fertilizer plant of 318,000 yuan, and the demonstration and promotion was 272,000 yuan. During the production period of Dachun, 17 groups of bio-organic fertilizers were completed, and the developed fertilizer was tested by the provincial soil and fertilizer station. The organic matter content was 30.8%--76.2%, the active components of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were 4.36%--6.28%, and the moisture was 8.04%- -13.79%, meeting the commercial organic fertilizer standards promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture, providing a scientific basis for large-scale production. The organic fertilizer factory is located beside the Fapa Cement Plant in Luxi City, 8 kilometers away from the urban area. Construction began on November 1st. The civil engineering and hydropower projects are completed at the end of December. In January 2005, the fertilizer processing equipment was installed and commissioned. 4. Grasp the basic work.

In November, we conducted a survey on rice production in two farmland environmental quality monitoring sites in Xiangcun and Nongmen Villages of Luxi City. On the basis of completing the laboratory and purchasing 14 laboratory instruments last year, this year, investing 42,700 yuan, newly purchased 4 sets of laboratory instruments, glassware, analytical reagents, etc., and equipped with three technologies. The personnel have created favorable conditions for the official start of the laboratory work next year.

5. Actively complete the investigation task of plant diversity and fertilizer use.
According to the requirements of the provincial station, the investigation was carried out on the wild edible fungi in Dehong Prefecture, wild pepper in Luxi City, and intrusion of Dehong in Echinacea. Through investigation and analysis, we have found out the basic situation of surveying plant distribution area, species, living habits and area yield, and compiled surveys on plant related materials, which provided a basis for resource conservation development in our state. According to the requirements of the National Agricultural Technology Extension Station, combined with Dehong's actual situation, a survey on fertilizer use and utilization rate was carried out in Fapa Town, Xuangang Township and Wuyi Road Township of Luxi City, involving dam area, Banshan semi-dam area and mountainous area. Third, the utilization of fertilizer is low, and the average utilization rate of N fertilizer is 28.04%, which is 6.9 percentage points lower than that of the same crop utilization rate of 35% in the same season.

Therefore, the work of the agricultural ring of our state is closely related to the adjustment of agricultural structure, and demonstration models of pollution-free agricultural production technologies such as “safe vegetables, assured fruits, assured tea and assured rice” have been held in various counties and cities. In the implementation process, the State Party, the State Government, the State People's Congress and other state leaders and the State Planning Commission, the State Finance Bureau, the State Science and Technology Bureau and the State Agricultural Bureau leaders were invited to inspect the instructions on the spot three times, gradually attracting the attention of leaders at all levels. This year, the state financial arrangement of the state agricultural ring station test equipment purchase fee of 40,000 yuan, pollution-free agricultural test demonstration funds of 50,000 yuan, and included in the state of the large-scale spring agricultural science and technology project management, the county and city local financial arrangements with a certain amount of funds for agriculture The work of the ring provides a guarantee.

The implementation plan for the personnel system reform of the State Agricultural Ring Station was approved by the leading group for the reform of the personnel system of the state institutions on February 21, 2004. Second, the testing equipment is low in preparation. For example, the testing equipment of the state agricultural ring station is mostly a conventional analytical instrument, which is incompatible with the needs of agricultural development in our state. Third, due to the late construction of the station, it did not catch up with the provincial station training, resulting in a passive situation in law enforcement and other work.
