Look for problems with the state and county requirements

4. Insufficient guidance on the construction of township towns. The reason is that due to insufficient manpower and construction fund subsidies, insufficient investment in the construction work of the towns is insufficient, and technical guidance is not effective.

Formulate practical measures to improve the style of work

Make effective and effective rectification measures against the problems found in the previous stage.

1. Adhere to the learning system on Monday, adopt a combination of collective learning and self-study, and study and implement the party's line, principles, and policies.

2. To educate the broad masses of cadres and workers with advanced models and advanced deeds, cultivate the spirit of pioneering, and strive to accept foreign advanced management models and adopt new methods such as electronic computers to quickly improve work efficiency.

3. Formulate the basic grassroots survey and research plan to determine the time and unit of the survey. Strive for each leader to have no less than 25 days of grassroots time a year.

4. Overcoming the difficulties of fewer personnel, combined with the actual financial difficulties of our county, actively cooperate with the townships and towns to the provincial and state construction departments to strive for projects and funds, and increase technical guidance for the construction of township towns.

Determine the problem rectification and strive to complete by February 13.

At the same time, the "Working Rules of the County Construction Bureau" was further improved. The various "public servants' eight bans" and relevant disciplinary regulations were strictly enforced, and various incentive and punishment measures were determined.

Inspectors have been strengthened to work on the work style of each unit. At this stage, the method of “listening, checking, watching, and appraising” was adopted to examine the responsibility of the work targets of all units in 2004, and to carry out democratic evaluation and assessment of cadres of all units.
