Summary of the work of the judicial office in the first half of 2019

I. Construction of the judicial office

This year is the first year of the collection of the Judiciary. High standards, high quality, and high starting point to build a judicial office are one of our priorities. The Judicial Institute currently has two people.

In order to gradually realize the standardized management of the judicial office, we have formulated the following rules and regulations: 1. The duties of the judicial office. 2. The principles and work requirements that the judicial office should abide by. 3. The judicial system of work. 4. Regulations on the management of the two labors. 5. Regular meeting system. 6. The duties of the director of the judiciary. 7. File management work system. 8. Measures for the management of people's mediation work.
The above rules and regulations have been hoisted on the wall, which has played an important role in raising the visibility of the judicial office, publicizing the work functions of the judicial office, and establishing the image of the judicial office.

Second, the people's mediation work

In the past six months, the township judicial office has established and improved 11 adjustment committees including the township people's mediation committee, and the personnel have been adjusted and enriched. After adjustment, there were 10 mediation members of a township people's mediation committee, 10 village-level people's mediation committees, and 30 mediation members. On April 20th, we used the opportunity of the township government work conference to convene and organize 30 mediation members from 10 grassroots transfer committees in the township to conduct business training. Through training, the people's mediators in our township improved their own quality. The business knowledge and practical operational capabilities have been greatly improved, and the important role of the people's mediation organizations in the comprehensive management of social security has been fully exerted. In the past six months, the People's Republic of China Mediation Committee has fully played its role. After consolidating last year's achievements, it has repeatedly conducted investigations into the handling of 16 types of contradictions and disputes in various villages and groups, including 3 land disputes and 3 pieces. 6 disputes were transferred to 6 pieces; 4 disputes in the neighborhood were transferred to 4 pieces; 3 other disputes were transferred to 3 pieces, and the success rate was 100%.

Third, the two-level resettlement help and education work

Doing a good job in the work of resettlement between the two labors is to ensure that the system is normative. On the basis of sound organization, we have established regulations for the management of the work of the two-person resettlement and hang the wall. The main contents of the management regulations are: the two-labor resettlement assistance and education work management regulations, the key system of the education system, the regular system of the system, the reporting system file system.

The work of resettlement between the two labors is an important daily task to maintain regional stability, maintain public security, prevent people from re-offending crimes, and cause harm to society. At present, there are 8 prisoners in the township, including 3 Fengming Village, 2 Liwei Village, 2 Qianliu Village and 1 Yanguo Village. Under the guidance of the leading groups of the villages, the help group has been set up for each of the helpers, doing their ideological work, trying every means to help them solve such difficulties. After the patient and meticulous work of the various groups, it is very good. Completed the task of helping the church, and made great contributions to maintaining the stability of our hometown and creating a “safe hometown”. At present, the eight resettlement assistants in our township have been properly resettled, and there are no signs of re-offending. This year, a total of three resettlement assistants were dismissed in our township.

Fourth, the law and law propaganda work

The law-enforcement and legal propaganda work is an important part of the daily work of the judicial office. It is our responsibility to actively coordinate the various functional departments of the township government and to do regular and phased legal and legal publicity work.
This year, we cooperated with the Family Planning Office, the Civil Affairs Office, the Comprehensive Management Office and the Land Construction Office to publicize the laws four times. The laws for publicity include the Population and Project Birth Law, the Land Law, the Marriage Law, and the Traffic Law. Wait. The main forms of publicity include: posting slogans, arranging propaganda broadcast vehicles, hanging banners, issuing legal propaganda materials, and making law announcement boards. According to incomplete statistics, the number of people receiving publicity is more than 5,000.

In the first half of the year, we conducted three legal activities on the theme of preventing juvenile delinquency, and the number of educated teachers and students reached more than 600, and received good results.
The legal publicity and education work is a regular daily work. Through the legal publicity and education, all cadres and the general public have the ability to know the law, understand the law, abide by the law and use the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests.

V. Problems in work

First, the thinking is still conservative. There is still a big gap between the work of the judicial office and the advanced township and justice institutes in our city, and it is still necessary to emancipate the mind.

Second, there is a lack of funds. The development of judicial administration requires financial support. Now, the development of law-enforcement and legal aid is in urgent need of financial support.

Third, the office environment is still to be optimized. The office environment of the Judiciary has changed a lot in the past six months, but there is still a gap between the work requirements and it is still to be optimized.

In short, in the future work, we must further strengthen our study, work hard on the depth and breadth of learning, boldly innovate, work hard and flexible in carrying out good work, and push our work to a new level.
