The current winter training work of my branch is summarized as follows:

The scientific concept of development and the work of all aspects are the theme of the winter training of my branch from 2005 to 2006. Focusing on this theme, we have identified three themes, namely, the education of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee; the implementation of the "three represents" to realize the education of the "three major goals"; and the education to strengthen the building of grassroots party organizations.
Generally speaking, the majority of party members and cadres have recognized the situation through winter training, improved their understanding, liberated their minds, defined their goals, invigorated the spirit, enhanced their confidence, and encouraged their fighting spirit. Through winter training, we have created a strong atmosphere of cohesive development, pragmatic and realistic implementation, and laid a solid ideological foundation for achieving the goals of 2006, providing a strong spiritual drive.
