2. Scientific research work According to the requirements of the higher-level archives on the "school-based, scientific research-based" of the party school, the teaching and research personnel engage in scientific research in conjunction with the teaching practice, answer the teaching difficulties and doubts through scientific research, and continuously improve the quality of teaching. When the higher-level party school requires teachers or other training, all the teachers of our party school go to study. In April this year, the teacher training class for grassroots party schools organized by the Party School of Harbin Municipal Party Committee, all teachers participated in the study, not only learned the relevant knowledge, but also improved their teaching ability.
3. Strengthen the study of computer network knowledge. After learning, teachers can basically master computer-related knowledge and be able to independently produce lecture courseware. In June of this year, with the assistance of the Information Department of the Municipal Government, our school established the “Website of the Party School of the CPC Double Cities Committee”, which not only increased the publicity of our school, expanded the influence of our school, but also provided the teachers for our school. In 2005, our school opened a C-level website of the Central Party School, which can simultaneously listen to and watch the relevant courses of the Central Party School.
