This time, maintaining the education of the advanced nature of party members is an important part of the party building work in the second half of the year. In order to ensure the smooth development of party members' advanced education, combined with the characteristics of large number of party members, age, illness and wide distribution, the party committee conducted a comprehensive survey on the basic situation of party members before June 30, and arranged in a targeted manner. The first phase of the work plan, better completed the "learning mobilization" phase of the work, mainly doing the following work:

First, do a good job in the preparations for the early stage. In June, a comprehensive survey of the party members of each branch was conducted. As of July 1, the retired party committee had 10 grassroots party branches, and the total number of registered party members was 394. There are 275 party members who can participate in concentrated study, and 119 party members who cannot participate in concentrated study. All of them are retired party members. It not only strengthens the management of party members, but also ensures the smooth development of advanced education activities.

The second is to set up a leading group for the education of the advanced nature of party members in the retreat center. The "Center" established a leading group for the advanced nature education activities of party members with the party committee secretary as the team leader. It has set up offices, liaison officers and contact telephones to provide a reliable organizational guarantee for doing a good job in advanced education.

The third is to do a good job in training the party branch secretary. In order to make the education of advanced nature more solid, the party branch can better grasp the educational operation procedures at all stages and play the bastion role of the party branch. For the 275 members who can participate in the concentrated study, each person has distributed the "Educational Reader". For the party members who cannot participate in the centralized study and are not in the four districts of the city, in addition to each person who issued an "educational reading book", they also issued a "center." It is commendable that more than 95% of the old party members actively participate in each activity of the branch, and most old party members concentrate on learning and never miss class. Some party branch organizations have concentrated their study attendance rate at 100%.

3. Seriously organize and write party analysis reports and organize organizational life meetings.
