Since I took office, I have been humbly learning from old cadres, familiar with the village, understanding public opinion, and recording some of the lively language and stories of ordinary people. This kind of work made me realize that rural work requires more patience and meticulousness.

2. Fundraising for new rural cooperative medical care. The work began in mid-August and was terminated in early September, during which time I insisted on arriving on time for a week. Based on the situation that the participation rate of Nanxi Village was too low in XX, the township cadres actively cooperated with the villagers to enter the village to do cooperative medical publicity. Cooperative medical treatment is a good policy for the benefit of the country and the people. It promotes the use of medical information from the side, disseminates the medical information, and adopts the principle of voluntary people to truly manage the medical practice. 5. Participate in the formulation of the new rural construction plan of our village, and conduct on-the-spot investigation. In early October, we proposed the draft “Our Village Well-off Project” and received strong support from the higher authorities. On December 5th, as a representative of the group, I participated in the villagers' congress held in our village, and discussed and adopted the new rural construction plan of our village in the next five years. This solved the village's out-of-village roads and the east-west water transfer, and established the agricultural industrial production, economic forest construction, and new rural cultural education of one village and one product.

6. In view of the fact that the mobile communication signal of my village is not good, after consulting with the mobile company, I plan to build a mobile signal tower in my village. Now I am actively contacting, and I am expected to start construction next year.

7. Participate in the planning of childbearing work. Cooperate with the township cadres to publicize the family planning policy, and successfully complete the family planning and government arrangements for family planning and punishment and the four tasks.

8. Assisting the township cadres in the census to count the number of sows, carefully and in detail, to assist in the investigation of the employment situation of enterprises.
