Q: What do you think of the role of the customer, how to better solve customer needs faster?

A: Although the complaints received many times, the problems are particularly troublesome, and the customer's attitude is not good, but the job is a duty, everyone has to do their part in their duties; in many cases, customers also have their difficulties. From the customer's point of view, sincerely help customers, do their best to help customers solve problems, customer satisfaction, 'Thank you,' this is the affirmation of my work.
