“Splashing and responding” is one of the basic contents of Confucian education and learning. The so-called "sprinkling" means that the education of students should start from the labor education of life to develop a clean and tidy habit; "response" refers to the etiquette education in dealing with people. The specific content includes life skills, daily life habits education of labor skills, etiquette and behavioral habits of interpersonal communication, as well as patriotic law-abiding, respect for teachers, filial piety, and gratitude to help people develop good moral habits.

Labor practice education

1. At school, happy work. Each school carries out happy labor for ten minutes, two small sweeps and a monthly sweep, and the personal desks, school bags, books, and clothes are kept clean and tidy.

2. In the family, take care of yourself. Encourage minors to do household clothes at home, such as folding clothes, washing dishes, washing vegetables, cooking, sweeping the floor, etc., and guiding them to get up every day to organize their personal rooms, clean their personal clothes before going out, and cultivate their self-care ability.

3. In the community, volunteer work. The lower grade students carry out the "Building Small Guardian" activities to make clean and small services for the neighborhoods. Senior students focus on experiential activities such as “one-day sweep of community health” and community volunteer labor.
