V. Recruitment of volunteers
Volunteers are recruited through voluntary registration. The volunteers are divided into two parts, one is a blood donation volunteer and participates in voluntary blood donation; the other part is responsible for the organization, coordination and publicity work on the day of the activity.
Six, matters needing attention
1, age: 18 years of age; weight: boys ≥ 50kg; girls ≥ 45kg; no blood donation contraindications.
2. You must bring your ID card to participate in blood donation on the same day. Volunteers who have participated in blood donation should also carry a blood donation certificate at the same time.
3, to ensure sleep before blood donation, breakfast on the day is light, do not eat high-fat and high-protein foods, do not take medicine and drink.
4, after donation of blood should not overeating, do not exercise vigorously, do not take water in the needle eye within 1 day.
5. Pay attention to traffic safety during organization, coordination and publicity.
