Candlelight Society 10th Anniversary Party Planning Book


First, the purpose of the event

1. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of HKUST, follow the spiritual instructions of the Youth League Committee of our college to create a positive and healthy dedication in the whole school; show the style and gratitude of our college students, let our students know more about HKUST, understand art and Design school, feel the deep public welfare of our candlelight society.

2. Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Founding of the Young Volunteers Association of the School of Art and Design.

3. Enrich campus cultural life, call for more students to dedicate themselves to public welfare undertakings, and advocate a harmonious campus culture trend;

4. Expand the influence of Candlelight Society, showcase the charity of charity, cultivate the organization, practice and cooperation ability of all departments of Candlelight, promote the interaction between Candlelight and the school's students and the public, and strengthen the candlelight and school. The public welfare associations of the internal public welfare associations and other college art groups have made our hospital's "candle dedication" more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

IX. Main functions and division of labor

a) Event planning and creativity: The organization department of the Candlelight Society and the Secretariat determine the tone of the event according to the instructions of the Youth League Committee, propose the program creativity, and prepare the planning book. After the review, the activity is organized according to the planning book.

b) Fundraising: According to the specific form of the event, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs selects suitable and sincere cooperation merchants to draw sponsorship; the Ministry of Finance applies for part of the funds to the Youth League Committee.

c) Site application: The office submits the venue application to apply for the venue;

d) Event promotion: Propaganda Department produces stage curtains and posters, exhibition boards, campus banners

e) Rehearsal training for the program: The Secretariat supervises the rehearsal of each program on time and in good quality.

Ten, prop statistics

a) Sign-in supplies: 1 table, 2 pens, 1 sign in the table.

XI. Ways of publicity

1. The Ministry of Communications writes a publicity campaign for the broadcast at the four major campus radio stations;

2. The production of posters and publicity panels of the Propaganda Department is posted in the densely populated areas of the campus;

3. Pull a promotional banner on the campus;

4. The Ministry of Communications contacted the school press group to conduct a full report. If necessary, contact the social media such as the university to publicize and report on the party;

5, the production of the candlelight video video, the party broadcast live.

6. Send invitation notices to the brothers' associations of each college to mobilize other clubs to promote the activities together.

Thirteen, program settings

Dance, songs, essays, martial arts, fashion shows, etc., for the active evening atmosphere, there is an interactive game with prizes and answers. Organized by the organization of the Candlelight Society, the Secretariat collected the program throughout the school, and invited social welfare organizations to participate in the screening of the program according to the tone of the evening. Thirteen, training arrangements

Office. The organization department is responsible for the training of alternative programs, reminders, props preparation, and check-in for each rehearsal. See the attached table for the check-in form.
