World Environment Day Environmental Literacy Activity Plan

On the occasion of the 42nd “Six-Five” World Environment Day, our county has carried out comprehensive and in-depth development of environmental publicity and education work. The County Environmental Protection Bureau and the County Education Bureau jointly organized the county's environmental protection essay competition activities for primary and secondary school students. After receiving the notice from the superior, our school will arrange the relevant work as follows according to the actual situation of the school:

First, the purpose of the event

With the environmental essay as the carrier, our students can enjoy their own feelings and knowledge, love their hometown, love the feelings of the living environment around them, stimulate the enthusiasm of our students to participate in environmental protection, enhance the students' low-carbon life concept, and strengthen their love. Homeland, environmental awareness, advocating starting from small things around, practicing economy, opposing waste, building green homes, sharing ecological civilization, and contributing to the protection of the county's ecological environment.

Third, the participants

All students in our sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth grades. The directors of each grade shall arrange the class directors to actively organize the students to participate in the competition and submit the electronic versions of the entries.

V. Works requirements

1. The works must be closely linked to the environmental protection theme of “protecting the blue water and blue sky and building a green home”, reflecting that the relevant contents of environmental protection in our county are all included in the draft. The work must be original by the author, and there should be no plagiarism or patchwork of other people's works. If it is reported by the higher authorities, the school will make a notice to the instructor. The genre of narrative narratives, explanatory texts, and argumentative papers can be used. The sixth grade students have no less than 500 words and the national middle school students have no less than 800 words. Each author is limited to one entry. The electronic version is submitted by mail.

2. The title of the essay is the No. 2 small standard Song body, the positive text number is the No. 3 imitation Song body, the name, contact information of the school, class, author and instructor;

Sixth, superior incentives

1. There are 3 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 12 third prizes, 50 commemorative prizes, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in the contest. The prizes are RMB 500, RMB 300 and RMB 100 respectively. The commemorative prize winner awards a commemorative prize and a certificate of honor.

2. The list of winners will be announced in the Jixian Forum in late June. The results of the competition and the organization will serve as the reference for the selection of the “Green School” in the next stage.

3. In conjunction with the commemoration of the “June·5” World Environment Day in XX, the award-winning author will be commended and rewarded.
