2014 School Flood Control and Drought Relief Emergency Plan
First, the purpose of this plan:

In case of emergency grievances, the disaster will be reported to the Central Small Defence Leading Group Office immediately.

Flood prevention three-level warning signal:
1. The school is in the state of early warning duty.
