First, the purpose of the event

In order to enrich the extracurricular life of our teachers and students, to show the characteristics of the anime community, and bring Xinxin things to the lives of the students, our agency is preparing to start a roaming garden meeting in our school from June 3 to June 4, 2019.

Second, the preliminary preparations for the event

Prepare for the event in late April, and two months to ensure that the preparation of the event is not too hasty. Also start looking for sponsors.

The Coss Department of the Anime Society determined the content of the cos and began to order clothes and rehearsals.

The animation community organized the exhibition according to the funding situation, and carried out early school publicity, and at the same time expanded the influence of the animation society.

The official event time is set to 3:30-5:30 pm on June 3, 2019. 4:20-5:30 pm on the 4th.

The event will be held on June 3 at 2:30 pm, 4:45 pm

Third, the process

On June 3, the Roaming Garden officially began. The main activities were the maid tea restaurant and the anime characters quiz.

The main event on June 4th was the animation graffiti board and the animation society exhibition.

Venue: The forest vagina next to the playground.

Event time and arrangement: The comic exhibition will be publicized in the early stage of the event; the works will be collected at the beginning of the semester, and the board will be arranged before noon on June 2, and the card with the “Manga Exhibition” will be placed at the entrance of the exhibition. On the beginning of the day, the venue will be divided and the final division will be determined; the end of the event will be recycled and temporarily placed in the designated classroom.

Preparation time: Formally preparing for production on May 10th. The game site layout time is scheduled to start on the afternoon of June 3.

Production: Starting from the winter holiday, the animation community began collecting information on each character.

The 20 avatars were printed in a word document printed on color a3 paper and posted on the display panel on June 2.

Prepare the prizes and arrange the scene.

Activity Process: Participating students are required to receive a small card with the following format:

The participant himself finds the character he knows on the posted avatar and fills in the person number and the person's name.

After writing the name of the person you know, call the form to the reception desk to collect the prize.

Rules: Write the first 15 personal names to get one prize, write the intermediate difficulty character name 10 to get the prize 2, and write the senior difficulty character name 5 to get the prize 3 one. Write a prize of 2 people with a difficult character name.

Prizes: Prizes are purchased and distributed by the animation agency.

Preparation time: The preparation of the event begins with the preparation of materials from mid-April. Formally prepared for production on April 17

Venue: Basketball court next to the playground

Site layout: 1. Doorway: The barbed wire is wrapped with hemp rope, and pink balloons are tied on both sides, 15 on each side, and the signboard is hung on it.

2. Booth: A number of desks are required as a service area.

3. Dining area: The table is placed in an orderly manner, the table is covered with tablecloths, and flowers or anime surrounds are placed on the table.

4. Central Work Area: The beverage distribution area and the cake area are all located near the main station, making it easy to use the inventory.

Activity Process: Students can buy the beverage they want in the work area for a small amount of money, and enjoy a thoughtful meal delivery service in the dining area.

Staff: 9 women, 7 men

The girls are dressed in maids in the field to send drinks and cakes, greet guests and collect bills.

Boys wear service attire at the center to regulate drinks, music management, and food management.

Fourth, the early publicity

The preliminary publicity will start from May 8th, and individual specific activities may have separate advance promotional materials.
