School Youth League Youth League Development Plan

First, the basic conditions:
1. At least 13 years of age, recognize the constitution of the group, and are willing to participate in the organization of the group and actively work in it, the resolution of the executive group and the students of our school who pay the tour fee on time.
2. Respect the teacher, unite the classmates, enthusiastic class public affairs, and actively participate in various activities organized by the school; good academic performance, no major disciplinary records during the school.
3. There are two members who are good at learning and willing to introduce them to the group.
Second, the development program:
1. From April 20th to April 23rd, each class will participate in the publicity and education of the group. Students who meet the basic conditions will voluntarily submit the application form to the group organization.
2. From April 26th to April 28th, on the basis of training and inspection, each class will determine the group activists from the submission of the application form and the classmates through the class resolution and the opinion of the class teacher and the teacher. On the 28th, before 4 pm, the list will be submitted to the school league committee.
3. From May 5th to May 11th, the school league committee reviewed and approved the participating activists to participate in the amateur group school, and carried out the study group activities for the group members to further deepen their understanding of the group organization and correct the motivation for joining the group. Establish a sense of group members.
4. On May 12-13, the group of activists passed the training of the amateur group school, and the branches of each group determined the inspection targets and carried out inspections, and reported the results to the school league committee.
5. From May 14th to 17th, the school league committee reviewed the list of new members and publicized them. After the public notice, no new members were formed to fill in the group volunteers.
6. From May 18th to 19th, the Youth League Committee organized a new member to participate in the oath, and issued a membership certificate. The participating activists formally joined the Chinese Communist Youth League.
Third, the requirements:
1. Develop student team members in strict accordance with the requirements of the group, so that there are steps and organizations.
2. During the study period, the behavior habits, learning attitudes, and ideological understanding of the group members were mainly educated and observed, which was embodied in the daily implementation of the students in school.
3. The new members pay attention to their role models and establish a good image.
4. Actively participate in various activities organized by the Youth League branch.
Fourth, the proportion of the development of the team members in the first three grades of the class does not exceed 80%; the first two grades of each class does not exceed 60%; the first grade class for the special outstanding young pioneers can be broken into the Communist Youth League members, but should be controlled within 10% High school grades mature and develop one, with an indefinite proportion.
