Inspection method:
County and District Bureau inspection, city bureau supervision.
Relevant requirements:
1. All counties and districts carry out “reviewing inspections” on the work of resumption of production and inspection. If it is found that the unrecognized and self-recovery production or the strict implementation of resumption of production safety measures, it is ordered to immediately suspend production for rectification.
2. All non-coal mine enterprises in all counties and districts shall conduct self-inspection and self-reformation in full, and the county and district bureaus shall report the inspections to the Municipal Bureau Supervision Section in the April, June, September and November of each month. The bureau will conduct all inspections after 20 days.
3. The problems and hidden dangers found in the inspections shall be issued in time for relevant law enforcement documents, and the major hidden dangers shall be immediately issued a notice of rectification within a time limit, and the rectification shall not be produced.
4. If the safety conditions are found to be reduced, the company shall be ordered to improve the safety production conditions in a timely manner. If the on-site management is chaotic, all enterprises shall be shut down for rectification; if the enterprises are ignored, the mining authorities and the safety production licenses shall be temporarily suspended.
5. In time to crack down on illegal production and discover illegal production or illegal mining, it will be disposed of in a timely manner in accordance with the relevant departments.
