First, the inspection time and method:
In accordance with the requirements of the “Special Action Plan for Dust and High-toxicity Hazard Control in Zhangzhou City”, in conjunction with the “Notice on Launching the Workplace Hazard Application Workplace in the City”, this year’s workplace occupational hazard supervision and inspection and safety production inspection are planned at the same time. Second, the inspection focus:
It is necessary to carry out the current special action on dust and high-toxicity hazard management throughout the year's workplace occupational health supervision and inspection activities, focusing on the stone processing, mining and other industries with serious dust hazards and shoes and bags with serious hazards. Key industries such as furniture manufacturing and chemical industry, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises and key industries with weak occupational health management in these industries.
Third, the content of the inspection:
The specific contents of the enterprise inspection include:
1. Establishment and staffing of occupational health management institutions;
2. Establishment, implementation and publication of occupational hazard prevention systems and procedures;
3. Occupational health education and training of principal responsible persons, occupational hazard management personnel and employees;
4. Application status of occupational hazards in the workplace;
5. Monitoring, testing and announcement of occupational hazards in the workplace;
6. Setting, overhaul and maintenance of occupational hazard protection facilities;
7. Labor protection of employees;
8. Occupational hazards and the consequences of the hazard;
9. Report on occupational hazard accidents;
10. Other circumstances that should be supervised and inspected according to law.

Fourth, the relevant requirements:
1. 2. 3. Intensify the inspection and review of production and business units. The law enforcement documents must be checked and confirmed by the relevant personnel of the inspected unit.
