I. Insured scope, object and certification program
1. Scope: Within the scope of the XX New Town Planning, the land and resources management department will implement an agricultural population with a per capita arable land area of less than 0.3 mu and no resettlement for the resettlement.
2. Target: Land-expropriated farmers who have reached the age of 16 years or older at the date of resettlement.

3. Conditions, standards and distribution of basic pension insurance benefits
1. Enjoying the conditions: The land-expropriated farmers will enjoy basic pension insurance benefits on a monthly basis starting from the next month when the male is 60 years old and the female is 55 years old.
2. Standards for enjoying: Individuals who have not established basic personal pension insurance funds and who have met the conditions of enjoyment will receive basic pension insurance premiums of 100 yuan per person per month with the “Retirement Pension Card for Land-expropriated Farmers”.
Those who choose to establish a personal account for basic pension insurance funds and meet the conditions of enjoyment are classified according to the selected grades: a file is 150 yuan per person per month, b file is 170 yuan per person per month, and c file is per person per person. 210 yuan. 2. If the land-expropriated peasant dies during the period of enjoying basic old-age insurance benefits on a monthly basis, his survivors shall go to the Municipal Social Security Bureau to complete the relevant insurance suspension procedures within 30 days. 3. When the land-expropriated peasant dies, the balance of principal and interest in the individual account of the basic endowment insurance fund is paid to the legal heir or the designated beneficiary in one lump sum.

1.
