Based on this key background, our school has formulated the "Comprehensive Teacher Evaluation Program" and "Teachers' Awards and Punishment Regulations". Based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation of teachers, 25% of the town-level outstanding teachers are selected in each academic year, and county-level outstanding students are produced. 2.
