Party A shall execute the contract with the customer in strict accordance with the national and international “FOB C&F or CIF Terms”.

In the whole process, Party B will only bear the telephone charges, internet fees, tolls, own meals and hospitality expenses of the customer contact, and all other expenses will be borne by Party A.

Any party that has been introduced or developed by Party B and contacted by Party A, without the permission of Party B, Party A does not permit the merchants who directly contact Party B to contact and sign the contract without Party B. Article 6: Dispute Resolution
