7. 4. The house is only used by Party B. Party B shall not sublet, change the nature of use or use it for illegal purposes. After renting the house, Party B shall immediately complete the procedures for lease registration and temporary resident registration. During the lease term, if Party A needs to recover the house in advance, Party B shall obtain the consent of Party B in advance and cause losses to Party B, and shall compensate them.

5. Once the contract is signed, neither party may cancel it in advance. During the lease term, if the contract cannot be continued due to force majeure, the contract will naturally terminate and the parties will not be liable for breach of contract.

7. The contract has not been completed, the parties can resolve it by negotiation and make supplementary clauses. The supplementary clause has the same effect as this contract.
