6. Party A has the right to use the rented vehicle during the lease period.

7. Party A shall strictly abide by the laws and regulations of the state during the lease period and bear all the liabilities and economic losses arising from acts such as violations, accidents and illegal activities.

8. Party A shall not lend the rented vehicles to any third party for use, and shall not use the leased vehicles for profitable operations, and participate in competitions, tests, experiments, coaching and other activities.

9. Party A shall bear the fuel cost during the vehicle rental period. During the lease period, brake fluid and coolant shall be responsible for daily inspection. If there is any malfunction or abnormality during normal use of the vehicle, Party A shall immediately notify Party B or drive the vehicle to Party B's designated repair shop. Party A shall not dismantle it. Replace the car equipment and parts; the accident liability and loss caused by abnormal use shall be borne by the lessee.

10. If any outstanding matters are found during the implementation of this Agreement, the parties shall resolve the matter on an equal footing.

Third, liability for breach of contract

If either party A or B is in breach of contract during the agreement period, the defaulting party shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation.

Article 2: Charter Agreement

According to the relevant provisions of the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws, the two parties reached the following agreement on car rental on the basis of equality and voluntariness, for mutual agreement:

First vehicle condition

Article 2 Lease Term and Rent

Article 3 Rights and Obligations of the Lessor

6. If the vehicle is not properly used by the non-tenant, the lessor may provide the temporary replacement vehicle to the lessee.

Article 4 Rights and Obligations of the Lessee

1. The right to use the rented vehicle during the lease period.

2. During the lease period, all laws and regulations of the state shall be strictly observed, and all liabilities and economic losses arising from violations, accidents, violations of the law, etc. shall be assumed.

3. The rented vehicles must not be loaned to any third party for use, and the rental vehicles should not be used for profitable operations, as well as participation in competitions, tests, experiments, coaching and other activities.

4. Undertake the fuel cost during the vehicle rental period. During the lease period, the water level, brake fluid and coolant should be inspected for daily inspection. If the vehicle fails or is abnormal during normal use, the lessee should immediately notify the lessor or drive the vehicle to the designated repair shop of the lessor. The lessee The bicycle equipment and parts shall not be dismantled or replaced by themselves; the accident liability and loss caused by abnormal use shall be borne by the lessee.

5. Pay rent and rent as scheduled.

6. The vehicle should be returned on time. The vehicle condition at the time of return is consistent with the registration of the vehicle condition in the “Car Rental Vehicle Delivery Order” and accepted by the professional designated by the lessor. At the time of acceptance, the vehicle is found to have scratches, scratches, collisions, damage, equipment damage, loss of documents, etc. The lessee shall pay the vehicle damages and other corresponding expenses according to the actual loss.

7. If you renew your vehicle, you must go to the lessor 24 hours in advance to complete the renewal procedure.

8. Must bear other economic losses caused by the behavior of the lessee.

Article 5 Calculation of the lease term

The rental period begins with the vehicle leaving the vehicle, and is calculated as 24 hours per day until the vehicle is closed. It is calculated on a full-day basis over 6 hours and half-day or hour within 6 hours.

Article 6 Vehicle mileage limit

The charterer rents a vehicle with a daily mileage of 400 kilometers, the excess is calculated at 1 yuan per kilometer, and the rental period is exempted from the mileage limit for more than three days.

Article 7 Car Rental Deposit

1. The lessee will pay the full deposit to the lessor at the time of signing this contract.

2. When the contract expires or the parties agree to terminate the contract, if the lessee has no breach of contract, the lessor will return the deposit to the lessee.

3. The lessee must pay a traffic violation guarantee of 800 yuan when returning the vehicle. After fifteen working days, it will be refunded if it is determined that there is no violation record during the lease period.

Article 8 Vehicle Insurance

1. The lessor has handled vehicle loss insurance, burglary, self-inflation and third liability insurance for the leased vehicle. The lessee may voluntarily purchase other insurance types at the expense of the responsible party.

2. If an insurance accident occurs during the lease period, the lessee shall immediately notify the lessor of the traffic management department. The lessor shall assist the renter to report the case to the insurance company. The lessee must assist the lessor in handling the relevant matters of the accident and pay All the expenses incurred. If the insurance coverage is covered by the insurance company, the loss of the insurance liability or other reasons may result in the loss of the insurance company's refusal by the lessee.

Article 9 Liability for breach of contract

1. If the lessor fails to provide the lessee with the leased vehicle at the delivery time as agreed by the contract, it shall compensate the lessee for 1.5 times of the rent on that day as liquidated damages.

2. If the lessee returns the vehicle within the time limit without the consent of the lessor, the overdue rent is calculated at 1.5 times the original rent standard.

3. If the lessee suffers from improper operation or other external causes during the lease period, if the insurance claim can be processed, the lessee shall pay the lessor 30% of the accelerated depreciation and stop loss to the lessor; If the scope of liability is exempted, the lessee shall bear all the repair costs and stop loss.

Article 10 Guarantee Terms

The guarantor: _____________________ is willing to provide the lessee with a guarantee. If the lessee has a breach of contract, the guarantor is willing to bear joint and several liability.

Article 11 The contract is lifted

1. The lessee has the right to cancel the contract when the vehicle fails to drive normally due to the condition of the vehicle.

2. Without the lessor's permission, the lessee will default on the rent for more than 3 days, and the lessor has the right to take back the vehicle and cancel the contract anytime and anywhere.

3. In the event of any of the following circumstances, the lessor has the right to terminate the contract to recover the vehicle and not return the rent and deposit. All legal liabilities and economic losses caused by the lessee shall be borne by the lessee.

The lessee uses the rented vehicle to engage in illegal and criminal activities.

The lessee transfers, subleases, sells, mortgages, and pledges the rented vehicles.

The lessee arbitrarily drives the vehicle out of the Hainan Province area.

And engage in other activities that damage the legitimate rights and interests of the lessor's vehicles.

Article 12: The validity of the contract

1. This contract shall become effective after it has been signed by the lessor and the lessee. This contract is made in two copies, each of which is owned by the lessor and the lessee, and has the same legal effect.

2. The "Car Rental Registration Form" and "Leasing Vehicle Handover Form" are the subsidiary files of the contract and have the same legal effect as the contract.

Article 13: Settlement of disputes

In the event of any dispute concerning the contract, if the parties fail to reach an agreement through negotiation, either party may sue the court in the place where the lessor is located.

2. The responsibility of both parties

1. Party A’s responsibility:

A. Party A guarantees to provide vehicles with complete certificates, and manages the drivers of the rented vehicles to provide quality services. Drivers should ensure that there is a driver's license issued by the public security department, which is in compliance with the model of the driver.

B. Party A should check before leaving the vehicle to ensure that the vehicle is in good condition and keep the vehicle clean and tidy.

C. The vehicle maintenance expenses incurred during the car rental period shall be borne by Party A, and Party A shall not withdraw the taxis in the middle of the road without any reason. If the withdrawal is to take the accommodation and other necessary expenses incurred by Party A during the period of disposal, the full rental fee shall be refunded as liquidated damages.

D. Party A's vehicles should have third-party insurance. If Party A's driver drives a vehicle and there is a traffic accident or vehicle failure, this has nothing to do with Party B. Party A must resolve the problem and deploy the same model to continue to provide services for Party B. The economic losses caused by the people and things on it shall be borne by Party A.

E. Party A vehicle drivers should actively cooperate with Party B's travel itinerary, abide by the various tourism systems, and unite with each other. They must not drink alcohol and make troubles, ensure good service reception, and provide warm service to customers to ensure safe driving.

F. Drivers must abide by the traffic rules while driving, otherwise Party A shall be responsible for the loss of passengers and property.

G. Party A shall notify Party B as early as possible if the vehicle cannot pass.

2. Party B’s responsibility:

A. After the departure, Party B shall allocate the vehicles reasonably to ensure that the vehicles are driving on safe and possible driving roads to avoid the driver's fatigue driving.

B. Party A does not allow any party of Party B to drive Party A's vehicles without authorization. If it causes liability accident and economic loss, Party B shall bear all responsibility and consequences.

3. Other

1. This Agreement is in duplicate and has the same legal effect.

2. This Agreement shall come into force on its own initiative from the date of signing the Agreement, and shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the parties to the dispute until it is determined in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.
