Adopters and couples voluntarily adopt orphans in children's welfare homes as children from the day of the month.

The following agreements shall be negotiated and approved by the adopters, the adopted persons, and the fostering units, and the parties are expected to comply with them.

1. Although there is no adoption procedure, the procedures must be followed in accordance with the Adoption Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the Adoption Law must be strictly observed.

2. The adopter must ensure that all legitimate rights and interests of the child are not infringed. If you live and continue to go to school, you will be guaranteed to complete your studies. If the child is absent from school, such as beating, slandering, ill-treatment or any reason, the child welfare institution shall pursue its legal responsibility.

3. The Children's Welfare Institute must provide a period of integration between the family and the child. Formal adoption procedures are accepted after the adopter and the adopted person agree.

4. If the child does not want to live in the family through the integration period, the child welfare institution must agree to return the child to the child welfare home.

5. The Children's Welfare Institute has the right to conduct an assessment of the family and has the right to supervise and inspect the child's life and study.

This agreement is made in two copies and we hope that both parties will follow it.

According to the agreement, the Lu and Li couples are willing to pass their young son Lu Xhui to the couple of Li and Chen as adopted sons, and the adopters also expressed their willingness. The unanimous agreement is as follows:

1. The adopted person Lu Xhui shall be the adopted son of Li Xming and Chen Xfang from the date of signing this Agreement;

2. Lu Xhui was renamed Li Xhui;

3. Lu Xhui calls his adoptive parents with his parents;

4. In the future, the above three parties shall jointly abide by the rights and obligations of the adoption relationship stipulated by law.

Li Xming and Chen Xfang took responsibility for the parental support of their children.

Lu Xhui should respond to Li Xming and Chen Xfang's responsibility to support their parents.
