6. Party A agrees that Party B's curriculum and time allocation plan for Party A's students shall be jointly negotiated by Party A and Party B.

7. Party B is responsible for organizing the usual tests, mid-level examinations, final examinations and level tests, issuing a certificate of scholastic ability to those who have passed the three-level test, and is responsible for establishing a literacy file for the English teachers who are trained; Party A is responsible for establishing English teachers in the whole district. Continue to educate the archives and be responsible for incorporating teacher training scores into business file management.

8. After the training time negotiated by both parties, Party B shall not change it in principle. In case of any change, Party A shall be notified at least one week in advance.

IX. The training fee shall be calculated at 20 yuan per class per student and shall be settled once a month. Party A shall pay Party B by cheque; Party B shall not charge any other fees except for the training fee.

X. The transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc. of the trainees during the training period of the Guangdong Foreign Language and Foreign Trade University shall be taken care of by the trainees themselves.

XI. Operational matters shall be resolved through consultation between the Dongshan District Teacher Training School and the Overseas Training Department.

3. Due to force majeure factors, the contract cannot be fulfilled or cannot be fully performed. If it is force majeure, it can be exempted from liability for breach of contract. It should take active measures to avoid or reduce the expansion of losses;

4. The technical information and trade secrets disclosed by Party A and Party B in this cooperation or through any other channels that are not disclosed to the public are subject to confidentiality obligations, and no party may disclose them without the written permission of the other party. To a third party, otherwise you should bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract and compensate for the losses caused. This duty of confidentiality remains in force after the termination of the agreement.

Article 7 Intellectual Property Rights: Reporting intellectual property rights shall be owned by Party B and shall be used only by Party A for internal use. The right to interpret the report data shall be returned to Party B. Party A shall not use it for public release, reprint, use or other purposes without permission.

1. The cooperation between Party A and Party B is not exclusive. Both parties can cooperate with other corresponding partners while cooperating.

3. If either party A or Party B terminates the agreement in advance, it shall notify the other party one month in advance; if one party terminates the agreement without authorization, the other party reserves the right to pursue the breach of contract for breach of contract.
