14. After the driver arrives, please ask Party A to settle all relevant expenses after arriving at the destination.

15. Both Party A and Party B check the oil in the vehicle. The fuel and vehicle costs during the working hours are reimbursed to Party A for reimbursement by invoice.

16. Party B does not leave the car at work, and is on call.

17. The driver of Party B shall be borne by the driver of Party B due to Party A’s invitation to eat, rest and entertain in a reasonable and safe parking place.

18. The driver of Party B did not get the consent of Party A during the driving process. The private door left the vehicle and the door was stolen. All the serious consequences such as theft of the goods in the car were borne by the driver of Party B. The consequences of private departure from the post are borne by the driver of Party B.

19. Problems arising from matters not covered in this Agreement shall be settled by friendly negotiation between the parties.
