6. House sublease and return

Article 10 If Party B needs to check out, Party B must inform Party A one month in advance. The deposit is not refundable for less than one year. If you live less than one month, the rent will be charged one month.

Article 12 If the house is damaged due to a natural disaster caused by force majeure, or when the lease relationship between Party A and the landlord is suspended, the joint agreement shall be terminated naturally and Party A shall not be liable for breach of contract.
