7. Party A’s obligations

3. Cooperate with Party B to complete the necessary pre-training investigation and submit the information requested by Party B on time: Provide Party B with relevant business information for the required training according to the agreed date.

4. The training has not been completed, but Party A should also pay Party B when the training cannot be completed because it cannot be attributed to Party B.

5. Party B shall, in the course of undertaking the training, Party A shall appoint relevant personnel to actively assist and cooperate and give convenience to the work.

Eight, the rights of both parties

In accordance with the state's regulations on private vocational education, the legality of training is guaranteed. During the training process, if one party fails to perform the contract, the other party has the right to terminate the contract; if one party has not completed the training due to training, the other party has the right to sue in the people's court.

IX. Liability for breach of contract

Both Party A and Party B shall be liable for breach of contract in accordance with the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. If Party A terminates the contract, Party B will not refund the advance payment; if Party B terminates the contract, Party B will refund the advance payment.

X. Matters not covered in this contract shall be handled in accordance with relevant state laws and regulations.

XI. This Agreement shall be in duplicate, and both Party A and Party B shall perform their respective duties, and shall become effective after being signed and sealed.

5. Party A undertakes to increase Party B's English academic scores from points to points within one month from the date of signing the agreement. During the commitment period, if Party A is unable to increase Party B's English academic scores to points, Party A will refund the tuition fees collected or re-learn freely through negotiation between the two parties.

6. Party B's powers and responsibilities:

2. During the effective study period, if Party B cannot come to class for personal reasons, Party A must be informed one day in advance. If Party B violates the provisions of this article, Party A shall have the right to deduct the corresponding class fee from Party B in accordance with the original teaching plan.

3. Party B must ensure that the learning tasks are completed on time and in volume.

4. If Party B cannot cause the learning purpose to be completed due to Party B's reasons, Party A will not assume any responsibility.

5. The internal teaching materials provided by Party A shall be used only by Party B. Party B shall not disclose the internal materials or lend them to others.

Seven, other

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature or seal by both parties. No party may change the agreement without authorization. If it is necessary to change it, the parties shall proceed in writing on the basis of reaching an agreement.

2. The rights and obligations of both Party A and Party B shall be subject to the contents of this Agreement, and any oral or other form of agreement shall be deemed invalid.

3. This Agreement is made in two copies. Each Party A and Party B shall hold one copy and have the same legal effect.

In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, in accordance with the "Contract Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on Road Transportation" and relevant laws and regulations, on the basis of fairness and voluntariness, the two parties reached the following agreement on motor vehicle driving training:

First, the training content

Second, Party A’s obligations

1. 3. Party A shall formulate a teaching plan according to the requirements of the "Syllabus". After each training period, Party B shall inform Party B of the next stage of teaching arrangements; Party A's coaches shall fill in the "Nanning City Motor Vehicle Driver Training and Teaching" after each training. The Journal shall not be falsified, otherwise it shall bear legal responsibility; unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, Party A shall not be able to make an appointment for more than the number of nuclear carriers at the same time.

Third, Party B’s obligations

1. After Party B enters school, Party A should cooperate with Party A to complete the training plan according to the syllabus, study carefully, obey the guidance of the instructors, ensure the completion of the course training, obey the school management, abide by the school rules and regulations, and meet the training hours prescribed by the transportation department. ;

2. According to the agreement of the sub-file of this contract, the training fee and related expenses shall be delivered to Party A on time; if Party B fails to pass the examination, it shall take the supplementary examination, and Party B shall pay the additional expenses related to the re-examination according to the requirements of the amount specified by the examination department, and Party A shall issue Party B with relevant bills in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1 of this contract;

3. The documents and related information provided by Party B when applying for training must be true and effective. For example, in the examination process of each subject, Party B shall bear the corresponding responsibility for the loss of the documents or information submitted by Party B.

4. If Party B causes losses to Party A due to violation of the corresponding laws and regulations or refuses to obey the guidance of the coach, Party B shall compensate the economic loss and bear legal responsibility for its consequences.

Fourth, the rights of both parties

1. If one party fails to comply with the training schedule required by the teaching plan or syllabus, the other party has the right to refuse to sign the "Teaching Journal" and "Training Record".

2. If Party B fails to participate in the training or examination in accordance with the time notified by Party A, Party A has the right not to refund the driver's license if the driving skill certificate is not valid. If it does not exceed the validity period of the driving skill certificate, Party A may arrange Party B continues to participate in training and examinations.

V. Special agreement

1. After the signing of this contract, Party A will charge a fee of _____ yuan, including all registration fees, training fees and application fees for theory, venue driving, road driving test and related expenses. At the same time, in respect of the above expenses, Party A shall issue an invoice to Party B or issue a valid fee voucher.

2. Except for the first paragraph of this article, Party A's coaches shall not collect Party B's money or request Party B's banquet and provide consumer entertainment activities in any way or for any reason.

3. Party A must train the trainees in strict accordance with the teaching plan and syllabus prescribed by the transportation department, provide Party B with theoretical textbooks, trainers and training venues that meet the requirements of the industry management department, and arrange Party B to train the road sections prescribed by the public security department. Except as agreed by both parties, the training vehicles provided by Party A shall be coaches that meet the requirements of the public security examination department and pass the examination; Party A must guarantee the quality of teaching and teaching, and Party A shall not lower the training standards for Party B. According to the "Syllabus" teaching, Party B cannot pass the assessment of the public security department. Party A shall provide Party B with free retraining and re-examination of the corresponding subjects, and bear the relevant reasonable expenses; because Party A's teaching is not standardized, give Party B or a third party If it causes personal, property or other losses, Party A shall compensate the economic loss and bear legal responsibility for its consequences.
