Second, the appointment and dismissal of the Lord

The term of the Lord is not limited, and the management team of Baidu Post Bar is responsible for the appointment and removal of the Lord.

The owner must accept the guidance of Baidu Post Bar Management Group.

There should be no more than three bar owners per post.

Article 3 The rights and obligations of the Lord

If the owner violates any of the following agreements, Baidu Post Bar has the right to close some of the licenses, suspend or until the account is deleted.

It is strictly forbidden to abuse the management license, to block the normal ID for no reason, to delete the netizen's normal speech; to violate the national laws and regulations, violate the bar agreement, do not meet the theme of the bar, or inappropriate content as a boutique sticker, top sticker, boutique category , Friendship Post, Hall of Fame, Post Bar File, Photo Gallery, Video, Custom Link;

It is strictly forbidden for the Lord to set the other party as the small bar owner or picture Xiaobian without the user's consent;

It is strictly forbidden for the owner to use the management license to seek benefits for any organization, institution, enterprise or individual;

It is strictly forbidden to organize or participate in any violation of the Baidu Post Bar Agreement, such as popping up, swiping, malicious watering, personal attacks, etc.;

It is strictly forbidden to unblock the ID or IP banned by the administrator; delete the announcement or notice issued by the administrator;

The owner must consciously safeguard the interests of Baidu and cooperate with the work of the management team of the bar;

When a user applies for the owner, the current owner must respond positively;

It is strictly forbidden to use multiple IDs to serve as the same post bar owner and small bar owner;

The main account is strictly prohibited from being transferred or rented;

Disputes arising between the owners must actively communicate and communicate and seek solutions together;

It is strictly forbidden to use product vulnerabilities to adversely affect Baidu or Baidu users;

In the case of one or more bar owners in the post bar, if the bar owner resigns or is revoked of the management license, the bar will remain in the new office within 15 days from the date of the last post of the post. All the original settings of the small bar, the picture small series, the video small series, etc. will be exempted from the license. If there is a new bar in the 15th, the new bar owner has the right to reserve or replace the small bar owner, picture small series, video small series, etc.

Violation of relevant laws and regulations

The Lord may not implement any inappropriate behavior against Baidu Company;

The owner has the obligation to keep confidential the content or information he knows;

Article 4 Supplementary Provisions

Other Baidu companies believe that the right is not appropriate, Baidu reserves the right to properly handle.

The final interpretation right belongs to Baidu.

This Agreement shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
