3. Party B shall bear full responsibility for the safety accidents that occur during Party B's operation. If Party B causes losses to the company, Party B shall compensate for the losses.

4. In the course of operation, Party B prohibits alcohol abuse, fatigue operation, and illegal operation. Party A will conduct spot checks from time to time. If violations are found during the spot check, Party A will impose penalties on Party B according to relevant regulations of the company.

5. According to the "one post and two responsibilities": Party B's project leader is also the person in charge of safety, responsible for the daily safety management of the construction personnel, and is responsible for the safety of Party B's operators.

6. Before the start of the operation, the person in charge of Party B shall educate the operators on safety protection measures, and have text stubs for inspection, and shall not arrange for uneducated employees to enter the site.
