1. The supplementary agreement is as follows:

The construction will be handed over to Party B within one month after the completion of construction. 9. This Supplementary Agreement is complementary to the previous ones signed by both Party A and Party B. If there is any conflict, this Supplementary Agreement shall prevail.

10. If there are any outstanding issues in this Supplemental Agreement, the two parties shall resolve the matter through negotiation.

11. This Supplemental Agreement shall take effect from the date of signature and seal of both Party A and Party B.

4. Other matters agreed by both parties

4.2 After the labor contract comes into effect, if Party B fails to provide relevant materials and certificates for the employment and social insurance procedures according to the time specified by Party A, Party A may consider it as not eligible for the termination of the contract or deemed that Party B voluntarily waives its insurance. 4.3 During the labor contract, Party A finds that Party B has provided false information that can be employed by Party A, and can immediately terminate this contract.
