First, the waiting period

From the date of signing this agreement to the date of re-employment of Party B

Second, waiting for treatment

During the internal period of Party B, Party A shall pay the basic living expenses to Party B in monthly form in monetary terms, which shall be implemented in accordance with the standard Party A compensation system.

Party B does not enjoy productive bonuses, post allowances, etc. while staying in the office.

Three-standby management

During the internal period of Party B, Party A shall conduct theoretical and business training for Party B according to regulations, and may arrange certain temporary work tasks and provide guidance and assistance for re-employment.

During the internal period of staying, Party B shall actively participate in the training organized by Party A, abide by the rules and regulations of Party A, and obey the working arrangements of Party A.

Both parties must pay various social insurances on time and in accordance with regulations.

Party B shall go to the society to pursue self-employment, or apply for off-campus study. Party A shall give encouragement and terminate the labor contract as required.

The maximum period of internal waiting period shall not exceed two years. If Party B fails to work for more than two years in a row, Party A may resolve the labor contract according to law.

Fourth, re-job

After passing the training for the post, Party B shall select a new position through competitive bidding. Re-employment or transfer should be carried out during the trial period

Party B's salary during the re-employment trial period, the maximum low-wage standard for new positions, and no productive bonus during the trial period. After the trial is passed, the salary is cashed according to the salary standard of the position.

V. Termination of the agreement

Party B will be officially re-employed and this Agreement shall be terminated by itself.

Termination or termination of the labor contract, this Agreement shall terminate by itself.

6. The agreement between the two parties will take effect after signing.

7. The agreement shall be in duplicate, one for each of Party A and Party B.

Party B:

According to the Regulations of the Personnel Mobility Center, ______ comrades and personnel mobility service centers sign a post agreement. The waiting period is for the year, from the date of the year to the year and month.

1. The rights and obligations of both parties during the period of stay:

1. Party A is responsible for providing job offer information for Party B.

2. Party B is still a regular employee of the school and enjoys the flow of personnel.

3. Party B's salary and salary shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Personnel Mobility Center Charter”.

4. During the period of waiting for the post, Party B shall strictly abide by the provisions of the “Personnel Mobility Center Regulations”, obey the management and arrangement of Party A, actively contact with Party A, participate in the activities organized by Party A on time, take the initiative to understand the relevant policies of the school, and actively apply for employment. Go to work.

5. If Party B is still not on duty after the waiting period, Party B agrees that Party A shall handle the matter in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Personnel Mobility Center Charter”.

2. This Agreement shall be in duplicate and each party shall hold one copy.

3. The Staff Mobility Center Charter is an affiliate file of this Agreement and has the same effect as this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Statutes of the Personnel Mobility Center and the contents of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

4. The parties have not completed the matter and should resolve it through consultation. If a dispute arises, it may apply to the labor dispute mediation committee of the unit for mediation. If the mediation fails, it may apply to the personnel dispute arbitration committee for arbitration.

PART 3: Pending Agreement

On the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus, Party A and Party B reached a consensus on the waiting for posts of Party B and reached the following terms of the agreement:

First, the waiting period: from the date of the year, the end time is subject to Party A's notice. During the period of waiting for the post, if both the labor contract or the employment agreement expires, both parties may terminate the application.

2. Party A shall notify Party B of the effective notification method: telephone notice, mobile phone newsletter notice, email notice, mailing notice, and Party A shall notify Party B of any legally valid notice by any means.

3. This Agreement shall have the same legal effect as a subsidiary file of a change of labor contract or employment agreement. 4. Party A's rights and obligations:

1. Party A shall pay the monthly living expenses for Party B, and continue to pay social insurance premiums and housing accumulation fund for Party B. Party B's standard of living expenses for living is RMB/month; Party B no longer enjoys other benefits during the period of waiting for the post.

2. After the period of waiting for employment and the period of waiting for the post, Party A has the right to request Party B to return to the company to participate in the work according to the needs of the work. If Party B fails to return or does not obey the work arrangement of Party A and fails to submit a resignation application in writing, Party B agrees that Party A shall agree to Automatic separation to terminate the labor contract or employment agreement.

5. Party B's rights and obligations:

1. During the period of waiting for the post, Party B shall strictly abide by the national laws and regulations and the relevant regulations of the company and obey the management and arrangement of Party A. Party B shall promptly notify Party A if it changes its contact information. If it fails to notify as required, Party A shall be deemed to be a valid notice in accordance with the original contact information, and Party B shall bear all adverse consequences and liabilities arising therefrom.

2. If Party B resigns during his post, he may submit a written application to Party A. Party A shall assist in handling the relevant procedures as required. Otherwise, Party A shall bear the losses caused to Party B.

3. If Party B promises to do a good job transfer, and Party A causes losses to Party A, Party B shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and losses; Party B shall actively cooperate with Party A during the period of waiting for the post, and keep the known Party A's trade secrets and other relevant information. Otherwise, the corresponding responsibilities and losses shall be borne by Party B.

Sixth, other agreements: 7. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the relevant provisions of the company, this Agreement shall prevail.

8. If the matter is not completed, the two parties shall resolve the dispute through consultation; if it is unable to reach an agreement, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State. Any party who has any objection may apply for labor arbitration or file a lawsuit.

9. This Agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy and having the same legal effect.
