Part 2: Supplementary Agreement

3. 4. Other matters agreed by both parties

3. Party A shall provide accurate ground, underground, geological and other materials before construction, and provide all construction drawings and related formalities files.

4. During the construction process, Party A shall set up a site representative to promptly resolve various problems and various external matters arising during the construction.

5. Party B must be constructed according to the drawings during construction, comply with various operating procedures, and abide by national and local laws and regulations.

6. Party B must ensure that all construction projects are qualified, strengthen management, and ensure safe production throughout the construction process.

7. Party B must guarantee the construction period and complete the work in time according to the requirements of Party A.

8. The settlement of the project shall be settled according to the different characteristics and unit price of the sub-project. The items not listed in the table may be settled separately according to the actual situation. All projects are finalized according to the actual construction area.

IX. Payment of project payment: Party A may pay to Party B in cash and construction materials according to the actual situation, and the top project payment.

X. Matters not covered by the agreement, the two sides shall resolve the agreement, the signature of this agreement shall take effect, and both parties shall abide by it.
