Fourth, reservation instructions:

1. When Party B guests are admitted to the City Convenience Chain Hotel as agreed, they must report the name of the company and the name of the signatory to the front desk, or present a personal business card or relevant work certificate that matches the name of Party B.

2. If Party B's guest stays, the house deposit must be paid normally and the signing is not supported.

3. For non-date stays and reservations of more than 10 rooms, Party B must book one day in advance and prepay 30% of the reservation deposit to the hotel reception.

4. If Party B prepays the room rate in advance, the hotel can reserve the room as required.

V. Settlement of room rate:

The room rate is directly settled at the hotel front desk and the billing business is not accepted.

Sixth, the terms of the constraint:

1. This Agreement is valid for 6 months. After the expiration, Party A's sales personnel shall be responsible for renewing the business. If Party B has no check-in record during the agreement period, this agreement will be automatically terminated.

4. Party A and Party B shall keep the above-mentioned articles confidential and confidential. All publicity of Party A shall not involve this price, and Party B shall not disclose the price to third parties.

5. When Party A requests to extend or add a room, Party B shall allow the guest to re-book directly to Party A. Part 3: Reservation Agreement
