I. Prerequisites for the signing of the agreement

Article 3 In accordance with the goal of cultivating outstanding teachers and educators, formulate free education programs for normal students, provide excellent educational and teaching conditions, and implement education and training for Party B, and conduct management and comprehensive evaluation.

Article 4 In accordance with the standards approved by the Ministry of Finance, within the four-year period of study of Party B, tuition fees shall be waived, accommodation fees shall be waived, and living expenses shall be subsidized.

Article 5 According to the regulations of the relevant state departments, the specific methods for free graduates of normal teachers to study for master's degree in education shall be formulated, and free graduates of normal teachers shall be selected to pursue a master's degree in education.

Article 6 cares about the growth of free teacher graduates and creates conditions for them to continue their studies, lifelong learning and career development.

Third, Party B's rights and obligations

Article 7 This Agreement shall be signed in four copies and the acceptance notice signed by the person or the person and his guardian to Party A. After Party A has passed the review, it shall be officially registered and become a free normal student.

Article 8 In accordance with the relevant provisions of the State Administration of Education and the educational training program of Party A, Party A shall receive the education and training of Party A for a period of four years.

Article 9 The tuition fee, accommodation fee, and living expenses subsidy shall be exempted within the four-year period of study, and other non-obligatory scholarships may be enjoyed. During the extension of the period of study, the cost is self-care.

Article 10 During the study period, students shall abide by laws and regulations and the rules and regulations of Party A.

Article 11 According to the relevant regulations of Party A, within two years after enrollment, the second choice of majors may be carried out within the professional disciplines prescribed by Party A.

Article 12 The education and teaching plan prescribed by Party A shall be completed on time to meet the requirements of the educational training program, and the undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate shall be obtained.

Article 13 In accordance with the relevant policies of the free education of the national normal students, the state's obligations shall be fulfilled. After graduation, the provinces where the general returning students are located shall be engaged in China's small education work for not less than ten years. To work in urban schools, you should first go to the rural compulsory education school to serve for two years.

At the time of graduation, Party C will arrange for two-way selection within the scope of the demand position, or obey the distribution, to teach in China. Article 14 During the service period stipulated in the agreement, with the consent of Party C, it may be transferred between schools or engaged in education management. Article 18 will provide necessary working and living conditions and revolving housing with the relevant government departments and China's small party to the rural teaching service.

Article 19 Encourage and support Party B to pursue a master's degree in education on-the-job to promote lifelong learning and professional development.

Article 20 Responsible for the performance management of free teacher graduates and establish a credit file. For those who default, they are required to refund the free educational expenses they have enjoyed and pay liquidated damages, and publish their records of dishonesty.

V. Termination of the agreement

Article 21 If Party B has one of the following circumstances, the Agreement shall be terminated by the prescribed approval procedure:

During the school study period, the second-class hospitals designated by Party A have determined that they cannot complete their studies due to physical reasons;

During the period of school study or during the service period specified by the agreement, the designated medical examination for the qualification examination of the teacher qualification approved by Party A or Party C shall be confirmed by the hospital for physical reasons.

6. Dissolution and handling

Article 23 If Party B has one of the following circumstances during the school study period, Party A shall have the right to terminate the agreement, Party B shall no longer enjoy the free education of normal students, and shall return it to Party A at one time within one month from the date of cancellation of the student registration. Free educational fees already enjoyed:

Expelled from school due to violation of criminal law or violation of school discipline; automatically renounce Party A's student status. 7. Breach of contract and handling

Article 24 If Party B has one of the following circumstances, Party C has the right to pursue its corresponding liability for breach of contract:

Those who fail to engage in small-education work in China after graduation after graduation shall, within one month after the announcement of the decision on breach of contract, return to Party C a free education fee and pay a penalty of 50% of the fee; The late payment fee is paid at a rate of 1 baht per day.

After graduating from a small education program in China for less than ten years without the consent of Party C, on the day of leaving the education post, the free education fee will be refunded to Party C at a rate of 10% per year for the insufficient service period, and the fee will be paid. 50% of the liquidated damages; the time limit is exceeded by 1% per day.

Eight, supplementary

Article 25 Matters not covered in this Agreement, where the State and relevant departments have provisions, shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations, and other matters shall be resolved through consultation.

Article 26 This Agreement shall become effective after being signed by the seals of Party A and Party C and the signature of the legal representative, and signed by Party B or Party B and its guardians.
