Party A will sell the card to Party B. The following agreement will be reached through friendly negotiation between Party A and Party B to implement the following agreements:

2. 4. From the date of the entry into force of this Agreement and the delivery of the vehicle, Party B shall bear all losses and liabilities caused by traffic violations and other liability accidents.

5. After the transfer of ownership and use rights from the vehicle, Party B shall not return the vehicle for no reason, otherwise Party B will bear the liquidated damages of RMB yuan and Yuan.

6. If the vehicle is delivered, Party B will resell the vehicle. All disputes and compensations that have occurred since then have nothing to do with Party A.

7. If there is a dispute between the two parties, either party may sue in the local people's court.

8. This Agreement is made in two copies, one for each of Party A and Party B. The agreement shall take effect from the date of signature by both parties.

Part 2: Trading Agreement

7. The vehicle shall be completed at its own expense within the working day. A shall provide the required documents without compensation. Part 3: Agreement on Trading Cars

At present, both sides A and B have negotiated on an equal footing and reached the following agreement on the transfer of Party B's vehicle to Party B for compensation.

1. Party A voluntarily transfers the car to Party B for compensation, and promises that the property rights of the vehicle before the transfer belong to the seller, the content is true, and there is no dispute over property rights.

6. Because it is a second-hand used car, Party A does not assume any responsibility; it is not responsible for the future condition of the car and the maintenance cost. Party B is not responsible for any accidents caused by poor condition of the car during use.

7. After the signing agreement of the two parties comes into effect, the property rights of the vehicle belong to Party B; however, before Party B fails to pay the transfer price, the ownership still belongs to Party B.

8. The documents delivered with the vehicle at the time of transfer include: vehicle registration certificate, driving license, purchase tax payment certificate, insurance certificate and other documents.

IX. This Agreement shall be made in two copies and shall become effective immediately upon signature by both parties.
