Student activity public property borrowing and precautions

1. The borrowing unit shall borrow and use the borrowed property in accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Regulations on the Exploitation of Public Activities of Student Activities in the School of Public Administration”.
2. The borrowing unit shall agree with the Ministry of Discipline Protection on the borrowing period. The borrowing period is not more than one week in principle.
3. When borrowing public property, the deposit must be paid according to the “public property deposit form”.
4. Office of the Department of Discipline Protection: Room 101, Building 14, Public Administration College.
5. Office of the Ministry of Discipline Inspection:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning: 9:00-11:30;
Wednesday, Friday morning: 10:00-12:00;
Monday, 2pm: 2:30-4:00;
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon: 3:00-5:00.
Other times and holidays from Monday to Friday are not available in principle. If there are special circumstances, please contact the Ministry of Discipline Protection in advance.
6, borrowing process: understand the borrowing program → fill in the loan → check the Ministry of Discipline Inspection → college counselor approval → delivery deposit → collect the goods → return the goods and collect the receipt → return the deposit.
