Talking about the Writing Skills of Typical Experience Materials
Typical empirical materials refer to the scientific summarization of typical people or things. They are distinguished from the written objects and can be divided into three types: typical deeds, typical experiences, and typical events. Differentiated from the use, it can also be divided into three categories: typical research materials, typical reporting materials, and typical promotional materials.
The most common writing materials we use are typical empirical materials. Combining more than 10 years of writing experience, I will talk about the techniques of material writing in this area.
First, there must be a complete structural form
The structural form of a typical empirical material should generally be like this:
1, title; 2, preface; 3, the first part of the subtitle.
Preface. Some like to open one, two, three directly under the subtitle.
The first level; the second level; the third level; and so on.
The second part and the third part are also the same structural form.
The entire material has to be more than three parts. Now there are four parts, and the three parts have a thin feeling. Of course, not only is the typical empirical material to have a complete structural form, but various other materials should consider the structural beauty before writing.

When you are engaged in an investigation, you must first develop the theme of the experience materials, and explore and find out the materials around the theme. There are also surveys without themes. Before the investigation, there was only one general direction. For example, the leadership explained that the relationship between the officers and men of a certain unit was doing well, so let’s take a look and summarize. However, the experience of summarizing what kind of theme is not clear, or there is no idea at all before, and the idea of summing up experience arises after the investigation. Or I was originally going to understand other things. I felt that I had a good experience in a certain aspect, so I came up with a theme.
In general, writing typical empirical materials and conducting surveys should be done with purpose and theme. In this way, it is conducive to conducting investigations and can improve the efficiency of investigations.
In the investigation and understanding, it is necessary to grasp the background of the relevant materials. Including the personnel of the unit, the geographical situation, environmental conditions, etc. For example, investigating the arduous struggle education, we must pay attention to how difficult the investigation environment is and how heavy the task is.
Third, we must think deeply and set the theme
Whether it is a subject-based survey or a non-theme survey, after the survey is completed, before material writing, you must seriously think about the theme of the material you write.
The theme should be focused. Not too big and too broad. For example, the party committee, the branch, or the party members cannot be called the party organization in general; it is about supervision or unity, learning, and can not talk about party committee construction in general; it is about law education or ideological education, and cannot be general political education.
The subject should meet the requirements. What is needed now is to summarize what is abstracted and not to repeat the old theme. The same material, the same approach, can be extracted from different themes. Fourth, we must carefully design, layout and planning

First of all, it is necessary to set the topic of the big topic and each part, and the big topic should clearly express the theme. Secondly, what should be written in the big preface, what is written in each part of the small preface, each part is divided into several levels, and each level introduces the practices, and they are carefully considered and listed. The preamble is the whole material, so that people can see what the material is. Therefore, there must be a basis for the practice, the effect of the practice, and so on. The small preface is the content of the opening of this section, and it is the reason for doing so. Lead to the following role, no longer talk about the effect, but the goal, intention. Each part is also divided according to the material capacity. The capacity must be divided, the capacity is small, and it is not necessary to divide. To be hierarchical, each level must have a subtitle and should be basically symmetrical.
Third, the purpose of careful planning is to make the whole text focus on the theme, and all materials are organized around the theme of performance. Can't let it go. Therefore, through design, we must ensure that the whole material has a theme; each part has a relatively independent viewpoint, and these relatively independent viewpoints are developed around the theme and express the theme from different sides.
Fifth, to master the skills of writing
When we look at some materials, we may feel that the content is very good, but it looks rather laborious, awkward, and sloppy. The reason is that some of the essentials and skills of the text are not grasped. Writing skills are the carrier of the subject ideas and experience, and should pay attention to the use of some techniques of writing.
One is the skill of language use. 1 sentence can not be too long, short and short, not a few more punctuation, but to shorten the sentence by transforming the expression. 2 The terminology is as appropriate as possible, not too big, such as revolutionary consciousness, contribution to communism, etc., too much use, it is easy to make people feel out of reality. 3 The subject should be consistent before and after, and cannot be exchanged too frequently. 4 pay attention to the logical relationship between sentences. Sentences and sentences must be connected by a certain logical relationship. There are parallel relationships, such as: unifying thoughts, raising awareness, and strengthening confidence. There is a synonymous relationship, used to emphasize, render, and create momentum, such as steaming is not rotten, uncooked, not flat, fried copper peas; if obeying orders, obey the command. There is a coherent relationship, which is arranged in a certain order before and after. Such as: open the door, the ignition starts, the gear starts. There are progressive relationships, such as: the world's best person Mo Ruo Chu State, the Chu State's Li Mochen Li, the beauty of the minister, Mo Ruochen's son. There are explanations, such as: Concorde crash, 113 people were killed, there are 100 passengers, 9 crew members, and 4 hotel staff. There is a causal relationship, such as: due to the strict implementation of the responsibility system, various accident cases have been under the control. These kinds of relationships are appropriate and will be smooth.
The second is the skills of transition, but also the skills to carry on. More common "our approach is as follows", this method is stupid, not useful, is equivalent to a nonsense. There are also "the following three methods have been adopted" and so on. Natural methods should be used as much as possible. In Mao Zedong's poem "Quyuan Chun·Snow", "Jiangshan is so beautiful, attracting countless heroes to compete in the waist" is a sentence that is inherited from the beginning and the transition is very clever. Although it is difficult for us to write the transitional sentence seamlessly like Mao Zedong, we should try our best to be natural. For example, “although we have achieved results, we must continue to work hard. One must, two must”, etc., is a natural transition.
The third is the skill of the problem. From where to write, to enter the topic, there are also skills. This aspect can be divided into: from the real problem to the problem; from the ideological understanding to the problem; from the practical enlightenment to the problem; from the situation to introduce the topic.
The fourth is the skill of the sentence. The conclusion is very important. If the sentence is not good, it will give a sense of unsatisfactory, sudden, and illegitimate questions. There are many forms of conclusions. As far as the effects of the empirical practices introduced by the materials are concerned, there are several types: one is the generalized sentence, and the commonly used expressions are such that everyone can unify the understanding; through education, everyone raises awareness. This way of ending a sentence is a generalization of the author, with the subjective color of the author. The second is the statement of the sentence, many comrades said; everyone said unanimously; XX talked about in the discussion; XX wrote. The third is to act in a sentence, such as writing a letter of determination, advocating an instrument; transforming a certain practice, increasing investment in people, talents, and materials; and carrying out activities. The fourth is to lead the praise of the sentence, such as which level of affirmation. But no matter which kind of sentence, you must respond to the theme, reflect the theme, and strengthen the theme.
