Program 2 of the Organizing Tree Planting Festival in 2019 :

This year is the 31st “Compulsory Tree Planting Festival” in China. In order to speed up the creation of “green” and create the “China Happiness Homeland”, every citizen of the county is invested in the voluntary tree planting activities of the whole people, and quickly set off the county’s spring obligations. • Event time: On March 4, 2019, at 9:30 am on time.

• Location: Entrance to Hachimangu Shing Bay, Baimaguan Town.

• Participants: county party and government organs, county-level departments and institutions.

• Strong departmental collaboration to ensure mission completion

The County Forestry Bureau is responsible for organizing tree planting seedlings, organizing professional and technical personnel to on-site guidance of afforestation techniques, supervising the quality of afforestation, and being responsible for quality inspection and acceptance. The county fire brigade assists in the water use of tree planting. The county public security bureau is responsible for vehicle command work. The County Radio and Television Bureau is responsible for publicity and reporting. All departments organized good personnel to participate in voluntary tree planting activities with large mouths as well as clearing weeds to ensure the complete and smooth completion of voluntary tree planting tasks.

• Check the assessment. After the end of the voluntary tree planting activities, the County Green Committee is responsible for checking and accepting the completion of the task of planting trees. If the acceptance is unqualified, the responsible unit shall be responsible for the rectification; after passing the acceptance, it shall be handed over to the Baimaguan Scenic Area Management Committee for management and protection.


Program 2 of the Organizing Tree Planting Festival in 2019:

In order to commemorate the thirty-fourth National Compulsory Tree Planting Festival and the 31st anniversary of the voluntary tree planting campaign of the whole country, echoing the call of the provincial party committee and the provincial government to speed up the pace of greening in our town, the town party committee and government decided to carry out voluntary tree planting activities. First, planting time: around 10:00 am on March 12, 20xx.

Second, planting location:

1. Town organs, town units, industrial zone management committees, and youth volunteers: Jinnan Road Section.

2. Each village, each small Chinese, kindergarten: choose the voluntary tree planting location.

3. Participating in planting trees: all the cadres and workers of the town organs and towns, all the cadres and workers of the industrial zone management committee, the two committees and staff of the villages, the faculty and staff of the Chinese small and kindergarten, and the young volunteers.

Fourth, specific activities

1. Planting site organization: Jinnan Road section is responsible for the layout of the site by the town agricultural service center, and the town party government office is responsible for the arrangement; the villages, the Chinese small and kindergartens organize themselves.

2. Preparation of afforestation seedlings: The Jinnan Road section is organized by the Town Agricultural Service Center and sent to the planting plots. All the seedlings are greened with soil.

3. Tree planting tools: The town agricultural service center is responsible for 80 tree planting tools in Jinnan Road section, including 30 Shantou and 50 iron shovel. Each village, each small Chinese and kindergarten is responsible for it.

4. Technical guidance: The town agricultural service center is responsible for organizing technical personnel for guidance.

5. Propaganda report: All units must hang a banner on afforestation and slogans, and the town agricultural service center is responsible for banners and slogans at several major intersections. The town party government office is responsible for contacting TV stations and Shishi Daily. It is imperative that the momentum of this afforestation activity be made stronger.

6. Order maintenance: The police station and the border defense office are responsible for the security work during the Arbor Day.

V. Description of other matters:

1. Those who are frail or sick should not participate in this activity;

2. Participating in planting trees should pay attention to personal safety, and prevent labor tools from accidentally injuring others and other injuries;

3. Each village shall report the voluntary tree planting activities before March 15th, and the town government will provide financial support according to the activities.


Program 3 of the Organizing Tree Planting Festival in 2019:

In order to commemorate the 30th National Compulsory Tree Planting Festival and the 30th Anniversary of the National Volunteer Tree Planting Campaign, accelerate the pace of urban and rural greening in our district, and decide to organize the voluntary tree planting activities of the cadres of the district organs, and formulate the 3.12 Tree Planting Festival activities. 4. Propaganda report: District Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. is responsible for tree planting banners, slogans, bunting, etc. The district newspaper and district literary and new bureaus are responsible for sending reporters to report on the activities at the site of the tree planting festival on March 12th. The momentum of afforestation and greening activities has made great achievements.

5. Order maintenance: The District Public Security Bureau is responsible for participating in the security work during the tree planting activities to prevent emergencies.

Sixth, the tree planting activity process:
