3. Pre-acceptance of completion acceptance

1. Project Manager Pre-Check

2. Company review

3. Completion report

When the self-evaluation result of the company's re-examination project department meets the requirements of the relevant national technical standards, the project department is responsible for filling out the unit project completion report. The completion report is signed by the company's legal representative and technical person in charge and stamped with the official seal, and submitted to the supervision unit. The quality level of the project is assessed. The project department will send the completion report signed by the supervising unit to the construction unit with the signature and seal signed by the chief engineer and legal representative of the supervising unit, and the application unit shall be completed and accepted.

4. Completion acceptance

Completion acceptance is organized by the construction unit. As the construction unit, it shall cooperate with the special inspection and organization organized by the construction unit; at the same time, participate in the acceptance group composed of the representatives of the survey, design, construction, supervision and other units and other relevant experts organized by the construction unit, complete the acceptance check of the project and report the project contract. V. Completion acceptance program and content:

The inspection and acceptance team instructs the relevant responsible units to rectify and entrust the project leader of the construction and supervision unit to organize a review. All units shall send qualified personnel to participate in the inspection and acceptance, and all participating units such as design and survey shall be notified by the construction unit.

7. The supervision unit fills in the acceptance conclusion in the four sheets, and the responsible person of the relevant unit signs and confirms and stamps the seal corresponding to the contract seal, and the acceptance program ends.

8. The completion of the unit project and the delivery of the city archives shall be completed by the construction unit.

Second, the acceptance criteria

1. Inspection batch qualified quality standard

(1) The quality of the main control project must be qualified after sampling inspection;

2. Substandard project quality standards

(2) The quality acceptance record of the inspection lot included in the sub-project shall be complete;

(3) The parts and sections of the inspection lot shall cover the scope of the sub-project, and the parts that are not missing;

(4) The contents of the inspection batch acceptance record and the signatory shall be correct and complete.

3. Standards for the qualification of branch projects

(1) The quality of the sub-projects included in the sub-project shall be accepted and accepted;

(2) Quality control information should be complete;

(3) The inspection and sampling test results of safety functions in the sub-project shall comply with relevant regulations;

(4) Appearance quality acceptance should meet the requirements, mainly from the elevation, axis position, section deviation, surface defects and the presence or absence of water seepage.

Third, the acceptance organization

1. In the contract stage or the parties involved in the construction, the supervisory unit organizes the relevant units to conduct on-site inspection and confirmation in the previous stage of the project image. In the process of inspection and confirmation, the list does not meet or does not meet the acceptance.
