When the completion of the inspection and acceptance, the functional departments should be catalogued and documented according to the relevant requirements of the government.

3. Pre-acceptance of completion acceptance

The pre-acceptance of the completion acceptance is to preliminarily identify the quality of the project, to avoid delays in the finishing of the project, and to ensure that the construction project is put into operation smoothly and the indispensable work is used. Through pre-acceptance, the remaining problems can be discovered in time and returned or reworked in advance.

Third, the standard of completion acceptance:

1. Project Manager Pre-Check

For the defects of the appearance quality of the project, the empty surface of the decorative surface layer, the cracking, the mutual contamination between the finished products, the requirements for the use of functions, etc., the layer-by-layer, inter-stage, and carpet-by-floor inspections are carried out and an inspection record is formed. The inspection records are completed by the project quality inspectors. The project manager shall promptly organize the rectification of the defects or deficiencies detected, and complete the deadline.

After the project has been inspected and confirmed to complete the construction drawings and contractual provisions, and the completion acceptance criteria are met, the project department conducts a self-assessment of the unit project and fills in the “Completion Acceptance Notice” to report the company's chief engineer. 2. Company review

3. Completion report

When the self-evaluation result of the company's re-examination project department meets the requirements of the relevant national technical standards, the project department is responsible for filling out the unit project completion report. The completion report is signed by the company's legal representative and technical person in charge and stamped with the official seal, and submitted to the supervision unit. The quality level of the project is assessed. The project department will send the completion report signed by the supervising unit to the construction unit with the signature and seal signed by the chief engineer and legal representative of the supervising unit, and the application unit shall be completed and accepted.

4. Completion acceptance

Completion acceptance is organized by the construction unit. As the construction unit, it shall cooperate with the special inspection and organization organized by the construction unit; at the same time, participate in the acceptance group composed of the representatives of the survey, design, construction, supervision and other units and other relevant experts organized by the construction unit, complete the acceptance check of the project and report the project contract. Property transfer

V. Completion acceptance program and content:

6. When the quality problem that needs general rectification is found in the process of completion acceptance, the acceptance group may form a preliminary acceptance opinion and fill in the “Completion Acceptance Record of the Unit Project”. The personnel of the acceptance team shall sign separately, but each unit shall not be stamped with the official seal. The inspection and acceptance team instructs the relevant responsible units to rectify and entrust the project leader of the construction and supervision unit to organize a review. After the rectification is completed, the official seal of each unit shall be affixed;

7. When the parties to the completion acceptance group cannot form a consensus acceptance check, if the negotiation fails, they shall report to the construction administrative department or the quality supervision agency for negotiation and ruling.

6. Commitment:

All units shall send qualified personnel to participate in the inspection and acceptance, and all participating units such as design and survey shall be notified by the construction unit.

7. The supervision unit fills in the acceptance conclusion in the four sheets, and the responsible person of the relevant unit signs and confirms and stamps the seal corresponding to the contract seal, and the acceptance program ends.

8. The completion of the unit project and the delivery of the city archives shall be completed by the construction unit.

Second, the acceptance criteria

1. Inspection batch qualified quality standard

(1) The quality of the main control project must be qualified after sampling inspection;

(2) The quality of general items shall be qualified after sampling inspection. Allowing items with certain deviations may have individual deviations. A maximum of 20% of inspection points may exceed the allowable deviation, but it may not exceed 150% of the allowable value;

2. Substandard project quality standards

(1) The inspection batch included in the sub-project shall meet the standards of qualified quality;

(2) The quality acceptance record of the inspection lot included in the sub-project shall be complete;

(3) The parts and sections of the inspection lot shall cover the scope of the sub-project, and the parts that are not missing;

(4) The contents of the inspection batch acceptance record and the signatory shall be correct and complete.

3. Standards for the qualification of branch projects

(1) The quality of the sub-projects included in the sub-project shall be accepted and accepted;

(2) Quality control information should be complete;

(3) The inspection and sampling test results of safety functions in the sub-project shall comply with relevant regulations;

(4) Appearance quality acceptance should meet the requirements, mainly from the elevation, axis position, section deviation, surface defects and the presence or absence of water seepage.

(5) Requirements for data acceptance: It is necessary to have a complete list and sort the data into a book according to the list; the sub-item and inspection batch acceptance records are complete, other technical review materials are signed, the data is accurate, and there are no missing items; The number of test standards required, the signatory is qualified personnel who meet the requirements of the acceptance criteria, and the seal is consistent with the contract.

Third, the acceptance organization

1. In the contract stage or the parties involved in the construction, the supervisory unit organizes the relevant units to conduct on-site inspection and confirmation in the previous stage of the project image. In the process of inspection and confirmation, the list does not meet or does not meet the acceptance. 2. Pre-acceptance is presided over by the supervision unit. The acceptance meeting must determine two contents, one is the content that needs to be rectified, and the other is the time for completion acceptance;
