After the negotiation between Party A and Party B, the following contract was signed for the commissioned business of the canteen.
Article 1 The entrusted operation shall provide Party A's employees with a good and inexpensive food. Party A shall entrust Party B to manage and manage Party A's canteen.
Article 2 Equipment A provides Party B with the necessary facilities, sites and utensils for the operation of the canteen.
Article 3 The burden of various funds shall be divided into:
Party A's burden: canteen facilities, canteen supplies, water, electricity, heating and consumer goods.
Party B's burden: labor costs, materials and related miscellaneous expenses, health care, transportation, telephone and operating expenses.
Article 4 The meal coupons shall be printed by Party B and the employees of Party A shall eat the meal coupons. The meal voucher is sold or distributed by Party A.
Article 5 Party B shall pay Party A the returned meal coupon to Party A. Party A shall pay Party B the same amount of cash on the _________ day of each month.
Article 6 Recipe Party B determines the recipe on a weekly basis. The formulation of the recipe should be based on the results of the employee's food survey and subject to review by the General Affairs Department of Party A.

Article 9 Change of Contract Party B must obtain the consent of Party A when changing the type, quality, component specifications, price and meal time of the food.
Article 10 Management Supervision Party A shall have supervisory responsibility for Party B's food supply, service attitude and food supply business.
Article 11 When the operator changes the canteen operator, Party B must submit his/her resume to Party A.
Article 12 Compensation for Damages Party B shall properly manage various facilities. When Party B's responsibility causes damage to the relevant facilities, Party A shall, at the request of Party A, compensate for the losses.
Article 13 Health Party B shall endeavor to maintain environmental sanitation, food hygiene and personal hygiene of employees. Party B employees shall hold a health certificate approved by the health and epidemic prevention department.
Article 14: Health responsibility Party B shall be responsible for food poisoning or illness of Party A employees caused by unhealthy food supply from Party B.
Article 15 Transaction B shall be responsible for the handling of affairs with relevant government agencies.
Article 16 Party B shall be inspected to submit a profit and loss calculation form to Party A on a monthly basis. At the request of Party A, it is obliged to submit financial books to Party A.
Article 17 Term of the Contract This contract shall be valid for _________ years, from _________ years _________ months _________ days to _________ years _________ months _________ days. The change contract or the cancellation of the contract must be submitted 2 months ago.
After the expiration of this contract, if neither party proposes a change contract or cancels the contract, the contract is extended under the original conditions.
Article 18 Dissolution of the Contract When the parties cancel the contract, Party B shall promptly remove all the items belonging to Party B and return all the items belonging to Party A. The relevant expenses shall be borne by Party B.
Article 19 The secret shall keep Party B obligated to maintain the secrets of Party A's relevant rules and regulations.
Article 20 If the mistakes are handled due to Party B's work mistakes and cannot provide meals for Party A's employees, Party B must take effective measures to deal with the aftermath.
Article 21 When matters outside the contract occur in matters not specified in this contract, the parties shall resolve the matter in good faith.
Article 22 Entry into force This contract shall be formally implemented on the start date of the _________ year _________ month _________ day.
