Party A:

Party B:

One. Party A’s responsibilities and obligations:

1. Party A shall provide all visa materials in accordance with Party B's requirements and guarantee the authenticity and accuracy of the materials provided.

2. Party A must fill in Party B's “Visa Evaluation Form” and submit the visa training materials required by Party B, such as passport copy, school i20 form, admission and offer letter.

3. Party A shall not conceal the past visa history and results of the United States or other countries, and truthfully submit the previous visa records and materials.

4. Party A strictly abides by Party B's visa training programs and procedures, and schedules visa visa time according to Party B's requirements, as well as specific matters related to the preparation of visas.

5. Regardless of whether the visa is passed or not, Party A must deliver the original visa record of the passport to Party B for review and review, and thus determine the final visa result of Party A for the sole basis.

6. Party A shall pay the full service fee of Party B on time and in accordance with the agreement, and shall pay other expenses required for the US study visa, such as passport, notarization, translation, embassy visa application fee, and accommodation and accommodation due to visa. Transportation costs, etc.

7. Party A shall maintain a smooth communication with Party B and promptly contact the responding visa in accordance with Party B's request.

two. Party B's service responsibilities

1. Party B provides Party A with free visa consultation and assessment, and provides visa training services to Party A through the Internet.

2. Party B shall formulate a specific program for visa training and an online training program for Party A to obtain the maximum possible visa.

3. Party B is responsible for assisting and guiding the preparation of Party A's visa materials. For example, Party A needs to pay the relevant fees for the production of materials provided by Party B.

4. Party B has the right to determine the time and visa number of the visa according to the specific visa status of Party A and the opening period of the i-20 form of this Agreement.

5. Party B is responsible for the specific visa interview training. The basic contents include: visa program design, visa material guidance, visa question and answer preparation, visa application resolution, visa simulation exercises, and refusal analysis.

6. The validity period of the online visa training service provided by Party B for Party A is six months after the signing time of the agreement.

three. Fee and payment program

1. At the time of signing this Agreement, Party A will deliver RMB to Party B as a service fee for online visa training. This fee will not be refunded regardless of the success of the visa.

2. If Party A is a customer with a history of refusal, Party A will need to pay Party B to refuse the training fee of RMB, which will not be refunded regardless of the success of the visa.

four. Other aspects

1. This Agreement shall be in duplicate and shall become effective upon signature or seal by both parties.

2. This Agreement shall become effective after Party B receives the service fee delivered by Party A and terminates after the termination of Party A's visa or the expiration of the agreement. In the process of handling, Party A unilaterally terminates the contract and all the fees paid will not be refunded.

3. After obtaining a visa, Party A cannot leave or enter China due to its own reasons, and all the fees paid will not be refunded.
