Article 6 The payment of the price of the goods supplied by this contract shall be stipulated by the purchaser in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement on Payment of Border Trade between the Bank of China and the former Soviet Union Foreign Bank and on March 13, 1990 "From China to the Soviet Union and by the Soviet Union." Article 8 The seller of the delivery notice shall notify the purchaser of the shipment of the goods from the manufacturer by telex within 10 days after delivery, and indicate the date of shipment, the contract number, the engine number, the number of pieces, the gross weight and the railway transportation. Article 9 Arbitration> All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties as far as possible. Article 10 If the force majeure situation occurs in either party of the force majeure clause, and the whole or part of the obligations of this contract cannot be fulfilled, the time limit for fulfilling this contractual obligation may be postponed accordingly, and the contractual obligations are still valid during this period.
If the force majeure situation lasts for more than 30 days, one of the parties has the right to notify the other party to waive the performance of the contractual obligation. At this time, neither party has the right to propose compensation for the possible loss.
Those who are unable to perform this contract shall immediately notify the other party of the occurrence and termination of the force majeure situation and the performance of the contractual obligations.
The occurrence and duration of force majeure shall be certified by a certificate issued by the seller or the relevant chamber of commerce of the purchaser.
Article 11 Other Conditions The parties have handled all matters not covered by this contract in accordance with the “Common Conditions for Delivery from China to the Soviet Union and from the Soviet Union to China” on March 13, 1990.
