On the basis of equality, voluntariness and consensus, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreements on the subject of depositary custody in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations:

1. The depository is the deposit slip under the name of Party A. The deposit slip is RMB 10,000; the deposit slip number is: ; The deposited bank is: . The deposit password is kept by Party A.

2. The deposit slip is returned to Party A at the end of the project subscription activity developed by Party B. At any time before the end of the subscription, Party A will request the return of the deposit slip, and Party B will return the deposit slip unconditionally. If Party A requests to return the deposit receipt in advance, it will no longer enjoy any purchase discount.

3. On the date of the formal subscription of the project, Party A shall, with this custodial agreement and relevant identification certificate, enjoy the preferential right to choose the house and finally enjoy the preferential amount of the total purchase amount when signing the commercial house contract.

4. The purchase promotion activities are only available when Party A, husband and wife and family direct blood purchases.

5. Party A holds this custody agreement only as a voucher for preferential housing selection. If you do not lock the listing, you will not ensure that Party A will be able to choose the property.

6. Party A is limited to a depository deposit agreement. If the suitable listing is not selected during the current subscription, the preferential housing rights and purchase discounts enjoyed by the depository deposit agreement will not change during the later subscription. If Party A fails to select the suitable property, it can submit a written application for returning the deposit slip to Party B's sales office. Party B will return the deposit receipt within the working day from the day after the application is received.

7. Within the working day from the end of the subscription of the project, Party A has not submitted a written return to Party B in writing, and the deposit slip is disposed of by Party B.

8. In the formal subscription, Party B will notify Party A in writing or verbally in advance. If Party A fails to subscribe to Party B's sales office according to the time of notification, Party A shall be deemed to have automatically waived the priority subscription right and the purchase price on the same day.

9. If Party A changes the contact information, Party B shall notify Party B in time. Otherwise, Party A may not receive Party B's notice letter or notice telephone in time, and Party A shall bear the unfavorable consequences.

10. This Agreement shall become effective from the date of signature or seal by both parties and shall be effective from the date on which Party A returns the deposit receipt to Party B.

11. This Agreement is made in two copies, each on two pages, each of which holds one copy and has the same legal effect.
