In order to help Party B learn professional sales skills and obtain recommended work, the following training agreements are reached through consultations between Party A and Party B:

1. Party B voluntarily goes to Party A to study and is willing to abide by relevant management rules and regulations;

2. During the training period of Party B, it is necessary to strictly follow the teaching requirements to learn the full class time and participate in the practical activities. After passing the examination, the party will be closed and the corresponding certificate will be issued and 100% of the employment will be arranged;

Third, the completion of the student must choose the employment unit among the enterprises contracted by Party A, and sign the corresponding labor contract with them, and must ensure a certain period of work;

4. Students must pay the books and materials fee, the file management fee, the accommodation fee, and the total amount;

5. As the training center implements the tuition-free training, the trainees must pay the training and employment guarantee yuan when registering;

6. The student's tuition fee shall be paid by the enterprise on behalf of the company, and the student agrees to deduct the income from the enterprise after the work;

7. If the student refuses to accept the recommendation to assign to work in our contracted enterprise or find a job on their own, it is considered as a breach of contract, and the training fee must be paid and the deposit amount is not refunded;

8. If the student withdraws from school, the corresponding tuition fee will be paid. The standard is RMB/day; the other fees have not been refunded;

IX. During the school, please observe the various management systems. If the safety violation occurs in violation of regulations, the trainees shall be responsible for their own accidents;

X. Benefits Protection 1. If the trainees fail to pass the standard assessment and are accepted by the company within the specified time, the trainees can continue to study in the next class without tuition fees until the training is qualified and accepted by the enterprise;

2. If the participants participate in the business practice during the training and internship to produce results, the training institution will give appropriate rewards;

3. Students who have performed particularly well during their studies will receive a scholarship sponsored by the company;

4. The training institution will assist the trainees to sign labor contracts with the enterprises and ensure that the trainees receive certain income guarantees;

5. In the first three months of the company's work, the trainees cannot change their work units in principle. If they want to change their work units in the future, our training institutions will be responsible for free coordination and arrangement to other contracted enterprises.

XI. Margin related regulations 1. Since the tuition fees of the trainees are paid by the enterprise, the training center guarantees 100% employment of the trainees, and the trainees must pay the employment guarantee money when entering the school;

2. The trainees completed all the training projects, passed the examination and passed the examination, and were successfully hired by the contracted enterprises, and performed well within one month. If there is no violation of rules and regulations, the training center will refund the full amount of the deposit;

3. If the student has the following conditions, the deposit will not be refunded:

c. Failure to pass the assessment and not willing to continue learning;

d. Disobeying the recommendation of employment in the contracted enterprise;

e. If there is any violation of rules and regulations within one month of working in the contracted enterprise;

12. The training center provides the following value-added services to the students:

1. Students who have worked in the company for three months will receive free training opportunities;

2, the students will receive free or preferential access to the center's monthly exchange meeting;

3. If the student encounters difficulties in working enterprises or has labor disputes, he may report to the training center to coordinate and solve the problem;

4. The trainee enters the talent pool of the center and enters the website database to receive follow-up long-term tracking services;

5. Students with outstanding performance will be included in the headhunting service of the center, and the center will be responsible for arranging jobs for better development space;

XIII. Each Party A and Party B of this Agreement shall hold one copy, and the matters not yet completed shall be resolved through consultation.
