The supervising gas users use the gas within the contracted quantity and scope of use, and have the right to stop the use of gas in excess of the use of gas.

If the gas person fails to pay the gas fee within the time limit, the gas supplier has the right to charge the latent fee to the gas-using person from the date of overdue.

If there is an unsafe hidden danger in the gas-using facilities or safety management, the gas supply facility may be damaged, or the gas person refuses to pay the gas fee within the time limit agreed upon in the contract, the gas supplier has the right to interrupt the gas supply.

If the gas supplier needs to interrupt the gas supply due to the maintenance and repair of the gas supply facilities, temporary maintenance, gas restriction according to law or gas use by the gas, the gas supplier should be notified through the media or other means 72 hours in advance. When the gas supply is interrupted due to force majeure, the gas supplier shall promptly repair the gas and notify the gas person within 2 hours.

It is obliged to supply gas to the gas-using person according to the quantity, quality and scope of use of the contract.

Article 6 Rights and obligations of the use of gas

Supervise the gas supplier to provide gas to the gas-using person according to the quantity and quality agreed upon in the contract.

It has the right to require the gas supplier to carry out periodic verification of the gas measuring instrument in accordance with the current national regulations.

When the gas installation fails or there is an unsafe hazard, the gas supplier is entitled to provide the service for the safety inspection and maintenance of the gas service.

Pay the gas fee in accordance with the contract.

Use gas in accordance with the quantity and scope of use in the contract.

The gas pipeline shall not be installed or modified without the permission of the gas supplier, and the gas supply facilities of the gas supplier shall not be changed or damaged, and the gas supply metering device shall not be replaced or changed without authorization.

Article 7 Liability for breach of contract

Gas supplier's liability for breach of contract

1. If the gas supplier fails to use the gas supply in accordance with the contract, he shall pay the gas-using person a penalty of __________ percent of the gas consumption of the normal gas consumption.

2. Due to the liability of the gas supplier, the gas stoppage and air pressure are reduced. If a quality accident causes loss to a person using gas, the gas supplier shall be liable for compensation.
