Article 2 Basic requirements, scope and quality standards for preventive construction

1. Basic requirements and scope of preventive construction: Preventive treatment of foundations, floor mats, wooden components and some wall parts of new building construction by means of preventive construction methods of spraying drugs to prevent termites from harming the main body of the house To ensure the safe use of the house.

Article 4 Main items responsible for Party B

1. Conduct termite prevention construction according to "Technical Regulations for Construction of Termite Prevention Construction in Wuxi City". Organize the construction of termite prevention construction according to the progress of civil construction, and shall not affect the progress of civil construction.

2. Houses that have been prevented from building by termites are guaranteed to not cause termite damage within 15 years. If termite damage occurs during the period of treatment, it should be given free treatment.

3. After the construction of the termite prevention construction project, submit the “Certificate of Qualification of House Termite Prevention and Acceptance” confirmed by the Municipal Termite Control and Management Agency to Party A, and submit it to Party A for archival purposes as one of the basis for the registration of property rights of the house.

Article 5 Security

1. During the construction of termite prevention, Party A shall coordinate the construction units such as civil works to assist in the safety of termite prevention construction and prevent safety accidents.

2. During the construction of termite prevention, if Party B believes that there are hidden dangers at the construction site and cannot be avoided, Party B may propose specific suggestions for suspension and adjustment of the original construction plan and steps. However, the new recommendations should ensure the quality of construction is prevented.

Article 6 Payment method

Article 7 Other agreed matters
